This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop solutions, and implement Workday's cutting-edge software. - Lead the implementation of Workday Financials, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. - Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success. - Design and configure Workday Financials modules, including Financial Accounting, Supplier Accounts, Customer Accounts, Business Assets, Procurement and Banking and Settlement. - Translate business requirements into effective Workday solutions that meet organizational needs. - Oversee the integration of Workday Financials with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and integrity. - Manage data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and consistency. - Identify opportunities for optimizing and enhancing the Workday Financials solution. - Stay updated on Workday releases and features, evaluating their potential impact and benefits. Qualifications - Strong knowledge of Workday Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Procurement, Banking and Settlement, Projects, and Suppliers. - Proven track record in leading Workday Financials projects from inception to completion. - Proficiency in Workday integration tools and technologies. - Excellent project management and organizational skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs. - 2+ years of experience with Workday Financials implementation and support. - Workday certification in Workday Financials preferred. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
