Role Description As a Workday Integrations Lead, you’ll develop solutions that help our clients achieve better business performance. You’ll be a vital member of a team that is passionate about improving healthcare and focused on enhancing patient care. You will solve complex business problems integrating the Workday Cloud application with external applications from a variety of Financial, Supply Chain and Human Capital Management functional areas. - Integrate data from point-to-point systems as well as interchange services to effectively provide data quality and dependable exchanges of digital information - Solve complex business problems integrating the Workday Cloud application with external applications from a variety of Financial, Supply Chain and Human Capital Management functional areas - Design, build, and support testing of Workday integration code base to include Studio, EIB and 3rd party vendor coding - Develop and document requirements and functional specifications, develop test conditions, conduct acceptance testing, and implement solutions - Develop Workday integrations among new or existing systems, both internal and external - Develop Workday custom reports and enhancements as needed - Develop and execute unit and system test plans - Collaborate with and maintain open communications with project leadership, Impact Advisors’ senior management and client personnel - Drive cross-team design and development via technical leadership and mentoring Qualifications - 2+ years experience supporting implementation lifecycle processes, including system design, integrations, security, data integrity and project reviews - 2+ years experience as Workday Integration Developer - Workday certification in Workday Integrations and Studio strongly preferred - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Requirements - Integrate data from point-to-point systems as well as interchange services to effectively provide data quality and dependable exchanges of digital information - Design, build, and support testing of Workday integration code base to include Studio, EIB and 3rd party vendor coding - Collaborate with and maintain open communications with project leadership, Impact Advisors’ senior management and client personnel Benefits - The compensation for this role includes a salary range of $125,767-$205,400 - This role may also be eligible for an annual bonus - Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms Company Description At Impact Advisors, we cultivate a caring, fun, honest, and autonomous work environment. Job Requirements
- 2+ years experience supporting implementation lifecycle processes, including system design, integrations, security, data integrity and project reviews
- 2+ years experience as Workday Integration Developer
- Workday certification in Workday Integrations and Studio strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

• Conduct inspections in accordance with SGS CRS US certification program requirements. • Conduct inspections / audits for country-specific approval schemes. • Inspect certified products and components against prepared reports. • Evaluate customer quality management systems against certification program requirements. • Generate Corrective Action Requests (CARs), as needed. • Document all observations/variances and obtain evidence of compliance/non-compliance for inspection report. • Identify, prepare, and label samples for shipment to laboratory, as required. • Review inspection criteria to understand objectives of assignment prior to start of inspection. • Effectively schedule and execute assigned inspections to minimize expenses. • Deliver well-written inspection report along with documentation within defined time frame. • Provide travel and expense cost estimates as requested. • Execute inspection within assigned time frame and cost estimate. • Submit final travel and expense costs in a timely manner. • Perform inspection/audit report reviews, as needed. • Execute all work with a professional manner aligned with the SGS Integrity Policy.
