Who You Are: As Nutrabolt’s Senior Field Marketing Manager you will be a crucial component to growing the C4 brand in your assigned territory. Role Overview We are hiring a Fractional Growth Operator (SEO / GEO-first) to unlock organic demand and improve inbound signal quality for Layer. This role is focused on hands-on execution, not people management or budget ownership. The Growth Operator will fix SEO/GEO foundations, unify attribution, and build repeatable organic growth systems that feed clean, qualified demand into our RevOps / GTM engine. This is a contract role designed to create leverage before scaling spend or headcount. It's fully remote you can be anywhere around the world ideally EU or Americas (East Coast) where most of our team is based. Why This Role Exists Layer has strong product-market fit signals and high-quality content, but we are under-capturing demand due to: - Incomplete SEO/GEO foundations - Fragmented analytics and attribution - Founder-driven, non-systematic growth execution This role exists to fix the foundations first, so future growth (organic, outbound, or paid) scales on clean signal and real data.
