Implementation Partner – Enterprise Accounts

• Lead structured implementation projects for enterprise organizations • Build and manage detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and risk tracking • Align clinical, operational, administrative, and IT teams around a shared rollout strategy • Coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Data internally • Guide enterprise customers through change management • Engage in continual learning of our products, with a thorough understanding of its capabilities • Document and analyze customer workflows • Configure the platform to meet organizational goals • Advise customers on governance, permissions, and system-wide decisions • Recommend workflow improvements and best practices tailored to large orgs • Support integrations (SSO, data pipelines, or scheduling/billing sync) • Translate technical requirements between customer IT teams and internal engineering • Lead kickoffs, milestone reviews, readiness checks, and executive-level presentations • Deliver targeted training for leadership teams and super users • Prepare enterprise customers for a smooth handoff into long-term Customer Success • Keep clear documentation, workflows, project artifacts, decisions, recaps, and playbooks • Identify risks or recurring patterns from onboarding cycles • Share insights with Product and Engineering

- You’re analytical and confident mapping workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing improvements.
- You understand the operational nuances of ABA, multi-site organizations, and complex system rollouts.
- You’re comfortable with technical topics like integrations, data flow, permissions, or system configuration.
- You produce crisp documentation and can present ideas clearly in written and verbal formats.
- You communicate with polish and empathy across departments and levels of seniority.
- You collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive impactful results and meet client’s high priority needs.
