Multiplier
• Draft, review, negotiate, and approve a wide range of agreements • Guide day-to-day contract review processes • Provide tactical support during agreement negotiations • Ensure due diligence for agreements • Manage a library of templates for all contracts and agreements • Act as a trusted resource for project and Core teams • Collaborate closely with Multiplier’s Core team to meet funder requirements
Job Requirements
- A seasoned contracts professional with strong legal acumen
- Substantial practical experience in contract drafting, negotiation, risk assessment, and contract lifecycle management
- Strong advisory skills with experience guiding internal stakeholders
- Flexibility and collaboration in work
- Motivated to improve contracting practices to be more equitable, transparent, and accessible
- Experience in a mission-driven setting preferred
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills
