• Deploy Sunrise robotic systems in live manufacturing environments, ensuring successful customer go-lives • Translate real-world production constraints into structured feedback that improves product capabilities and deployment workflows • Identify opportunities to reduce non-recurring engineering effort and improve delivery scalability • Contribute to the refinement of Sunrise’s tools, processes, and system architecture to enable repeatable deployments • Collaborate closely with AI, robotics, product, and commercial teams to align customer needs with product evolution • Support pilot launches and early deployments, ensuring systems meet defined performance and operational success criteria • Act as a technical partner to customers during integration, building trust and ensuring long-term success • Provide technical support to customers during troubleshooting and maintenance of deployed robotic systems • Investigate and respond to operational incidents or anomalies in robotic systems, ensuring timely resolution and system reliability

• Support the global execution of the site Quality Management System (QMS) • Analyze deviation trends to identify systemic gaps and improvement opportunities • Lead and facilitate investigations for deviations, nonconformances, and quality events • Mentor, train, and coach Investigators and Approvers in effective root cause analysis • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and verify corrective and preventive actions

• Be the technical lead on end-to-end administration of our client’s Okta tenant • Lead and mentor junior engineers providing feedback, assistance, and fostering a collaborative environment • Be the main Okta point of contact providing guidance, and zero trust best practices to application teams and other stakeholders • Conduct application SAML, OIDC, and SCIM integration with Okta including supporting requirements gathering, testing, and go-lives • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve authentication, authorization, and connectivity issues including with end-users

• Design, engineer, and implement security detection initiatives under the cybersecurity team lead. • Develop new detection logic for SIEM (Microsoft Sentinel) and network security platforms (Cisco FirePower, IDS/IPS), incorporating AI-driven tooling where applicable. • Write and optimize KQL queries for Sentinel to improve detection fidelity and reduce false positives. • Tune detection sets to raise security-relevant events for triage and response teams. • Maintain version control of detection logic using Git and GitHub workflows for collaborative development and auditability. • Bridge the gap between network engineering and cybersecurity teams to advocate for secure network designs and maximize security device capabilities. • Conduct technical briefings to enhance team awareness of network architecture and detection strategies. • Collaborate with operations and management to recommend improvements to security posture and ensure compliance with industry and federal standards (e.g., NIST, CISA).
