Note: This is a fixed-term position As a Senior Customer Solution Advisor, your purpose is to serve as a key expert and mentor within the On-Demand Customer Success team, committed to restoring stability and confidence for customers experiencing high-impact challenges. You will own and lead high-impact, time-bound engagements with customers facing high ticket volumes, degraded support experiences, adoption barriers, or other escalated needs. Combining your advanced technical expertise, customer intuition, and a solution-oriented mindset, you will resolve issues quickly, restore trust, and leave the customer in a better, more successful state As a Senior Customer Solutions Advisor, you will: - Own and Lead Complex Customer Engagements: Take full ownership of high-impact, time-bound engagements aimed at stabilizing customer accounts. This involves not only implementing changes but also applying advanced troubleshooting to diagnose complex problems through the lens of the customer's unique business process - Proactive Customer Advocacy and Partnership: Serve as the direct liaison for customers, building rapport and trust. You will move beyond reactive problem-solving to proactively identify and address risks using customer health data to prevent escalations and strategically rebuild partnerships where needed - Team Mentorship and Knowledge Elevation: Act as a mentor for peers, providing tactical guidance and transferring knowledge to help other team members execute their roles more effectively. You are expected to proactively coach colleagues through complex challenges to improve overall team performance - Strategic Solution Design: Go beyond documenting issues to propose multiple viable solutions that address a customer's core business challenges. Leveraging your advanced troubleshooting skills, your responsibility is to analyze complex problems through the lens of the customer's unique business process. You will then present well-reasoned options to the Solution Architect for decision and design - Champion Bullhorn One Best Practices: Serve as a subject matter expert on Bullhorn One, proactively guiding customers to adopt standard workflows and industry best practices to ensure long-term solution health. - Drive Measurable Outcomes Through Insightful Reporting: Provide regular updates on customer progress and track deliverables to ensure successful outcomes. For a Senior CSA, this includes the ability to synthesize data into a cohesive narrative that provides insights for both internal and external stakeholders with minimal guidance - Internal Program Ownership: Evolve from a feedback contributor to an initiative owner. You will take full ownership of internal business improvement initiatives, from defining the scope and requirements to delivering a measurable outcome that enhances team processes or customer experience As a Senior Customer Solutions Advisor, you'll bring: - 3-5 years of professional experience in a customer-facing technical role such as customer success, technical support, or consulting. - Demonstrated experience in solving complex technical problems and driving results quickly using a proactive, hands-on approach - Proven ability to manage multiple, high-impact priorities and work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Experience working cross-functionally and influencing internal teams without direct authority to achieve customer outcomes The annual base salary range for this position is $87,079 - $114,291. In addition, this role is eligible for an annual target bonus & a comprehensive benefits package. Role Description The Product Architect in Test Delivery supporting the DVSA program is a senior technical leader responsible for defining, guiding, and governing the architecture and implementation of solutions that enable the DVSA program’s test delivery capabilities. This role provides hands-on architectural direction and technical leadership for a major, business-critical program within Pearson VUE. The Product Architect ensures solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and resilient, while remaining aligned with Test Delivery platform strategy and enterprise architectural standards. The Product Architect works closely with: - Test Delivery platform architects - DVSA program architects - Product management - Engineering leaders - QA - Operations - DVSA program team Product Domain: The Testing system used to create, publish, and deliver DVSA exams includes: - An authoring and publishing system - A CRM for scheduling and managing candidates - A cloud-based hub overseeing the dissemination of tests and candidate information The primary tech stack is C# and currently uses a mixture of AngularJS and Angular for the front end. The authoring, CRM, and Central server run in Microsoft Azure while the test center software is a local application updated multiple times per year using MSIs. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience) - Significant experience designing and implementing complex software systems in enterprise or product-based environments - Strong experience with distributed systems, APIs, and service integrations - Proven ability to guide teams through complex technical and architectural decisions - Strong written and verbal communication skills Requirements - Experience supporting regulated or government programs - Experience with cloud-native architectures, including microservices and containerized workloads - Experience applying AI-assisted tooling in enterprise software environments - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated testing practices - Experience with high-availability, customer-facing, or mission-critical platforms - Exposure to security best practices, authentication/authorization, and data protection requirements Benefits Information on benefits offered is available.
