Data & Reporting Architect
Anchorage Digital
• Shape the technical foundation that powers mission-critical reporting across the organization • Design data architectures and reporting systems for high-stakes use cases • Serve as the technical lead for complex data challenges • Establish patterns and standards for the team • Partner with Finance, Compliance, Product, and Engineering to architect data models • Mentor engineers and solve hard technical problems
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or related roles
- Expert-level data modeling skills
- Deep expertise in SQL and data transformation
- Extensive experience with modern BI platforms (Looker strongly preferred)
- Proven experience with dbt or similar transformation frameworks
- Strong foundation in data quality and testing
- Experience with Python-based data tools
- Experience with orchestration platforms (Airflow, Dagster, etc.)
- Cloud data warehouse expertise (BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift)
- Technical leadership experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Track record of delivering high-quality results
