• Develops, creates, transforms, and models data to support the training efforts for the Readiness & Employment System. • Provides support on system data and business rules to support creation of new or enhanced information for the RES Training team. • May support data modeling and ETL design and development to populate new data structures, including data warehouses, operational data stores and data marts. • Performs data validation to assure data quality within new and enhanced databases. • Analyzes and assesses existing source system data to design appropriate data-centric solutions. • May develop models for data marts and data stores. • Works closely with business stakeholders and source system owners to research data anomalies and provide recommendations for resolutions. • May support end users with specific ad hoc reporting and analytic needs to provide further insights on the data. • May support end users with additional training data access and needs.

Role Description The Analyst is responsible for creating, maintaining, and presenting analysis and reports to management which document project progress, status, and risks. - Provide analysis of operational data to ensure contractual service level agreements are being met, including but not limited to various internal and external reports daily, weekly, and monthly. - Create various maps upon requests, assist with Quarterly Business Reviews, and ad hoc reporting. - Act as subject matter expert on assigned areas of responsibility. - Conduct record research efforts within several various internal platforms, analyze the findings, follow path to resolution and provide a clear professional response back to the customer. - Track progress, issues and risks associated with assigned areas of responsibility. - In addition to the job duties noted, additional similar work-related duties as assigned. The US base salary range for this position is $77,870.00 - $97,344.00 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Qualifications - Proven ability to build and maintain working relationships with team members, vendors, colleagues, and other program stakeholders. - Experience overseeing aspects of operational and project administration including meeting deadlines, communicating effectively, and monitoring progress of projects. - Strong MS Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint skills. Proficiency with formulas, pivot tables, charts and related analytical functions desired. - Trainable efficiencies in internal platforms and systems, as necessary. - Bachelor’s degree, or relevant experience in a similar field or PMO supporting role. - Experience with all aspects of operational and project administrative duties including meeting deadlines, handling day to day assigned tasks, and monitoring progress and risks of projects. - Experience preparing reports for upper management regarding status of projects.
