• Provide mentorship and professional development for early-career and lead-level engineers on the team • Develop and maintain a deep technical knowledge of the design basis for standard plant I&C systems of the BWRX-300 technology, including reactor protection systems, rod control systems, turbine control systems, reactivity monitoring systems, electric power control systems, etc. • Perform detailed gap analysis between stand plant I&C systems and site-specific requirements, including regulatory requirements, applicable codes and standards (e.g., IEC, NEC, CSA, ANSI, IEEE, NFPA, etc.), and quality standards. • Evaluate impacts of site-specific requirements on analog and digital instrumentation, including control and monitoring equipment. • Develop and propose conceptual design solutions to resolve site application challenges while maximizing design standardization where practicable. • Support integration across multiple engineering disciplines, including architectural engineering, licensing, equipment design, and safety systems. • Participate in design evolution programs that extend and improve our modularization strategies. • Contribute to an engineering team that assures proposals and early works packages for selected sites are compatible with our standard product offering. • Establish and maintain strong working relationship with internal engineering teams. • Interface with external partners, customers, and other applicable country specific regulatory agencies as required on technical issues. • Work with proposal and early works teams to build estimates, schedules, and identify risks associated with different opportunities. • Provide guidance to external partner engineering resources to ensure the quality of deliverables. • Protect the Intellectual Property rights of GVH. • Support GVH initiatives, corrective action, process improvement and simplification. • Ensure adherence to GVH’s standards for nuclear safety and compliance.

This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise and project management skills to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of the software applications. Key Responsibilities : Information Gathering and Discovery : Lead the efforts to conduct operational assessments, business process reviews, and other discovery events to gain a comprehensive understanding of the customer’s current business processes within Public Safety agencies. This includes interviewing subject matter experts and creating detailed documentation of findings. Analytical Evaluation and Recommendations : Evaluate existing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
