• Serve as primary point of contact for the client. • Provide leadership, guidance and development of all staff assigned to the project team. • Apply expertise in the disciplines and technical areas to include internal controls, federal financial management, IT general computer controls, and audit remediation. • Manage and direct all A-123 activities. • Oversee and support the development of business process cycle memos (which consist of a narrative, flowchart, and control evaluation matrixes). • Oversee and support the performance of Test of Design (TOD) and Test of Operating Effectiveness (TOE) of internal controls over financial reporting. • Evaluate internal control deficiencies to determine classification based on severity and impact. • Evaluate and recommend improvements regarding existing and future procedures and processes. • Prepare ad-hoc reporting and assist with special projects, as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or other related business degree.
- Experience as a Project Manager of an A123 contract at a large federal agency.
- Minimum of six (6) years of experience managing and directing internal control and/or audit projects.
- Project Manager must be full-time throughout the period of performance and must be available to the Government during normal business hours (8AM to 5PM EST).
- The ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
- Prior experience with audits in accordance with standards (Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS) and non-GAGAS)
- Prior experience with compliance assessments (financial statements, financial information, and internal controls).
- Prior experience with in-depth accounting / financial statement preparation, United States Standard General Ledger (USSGL), and/or financial statement or internal control auditing experience.

As a Medical Record Review Analyst, you will support healthcare facilities throughout the country by processing scanned medical records using our patented Solarity software. Records you process will be used in patient care, sometimes within that same day, so accuracy and productivity are important. So are computer, typing and 10-key skills. This position is metrics driven and you will easily be able to see how you are performing relative to your goals. You can also earn additional income through our pay for performance program. Individuals who qualify currently earn an average of $1.00 more per hour. Top performers are earning an average of $3.00 more per hour! This is a full time, computer based, work from home position, with no calling responsibilities. Computer equipment will be provided. Additional Details Starting pay is $12.00/hour. Employees are reviewed for a salary increase at 90 days based on performance and then annually after that. We offer a $.50 shift differential for 2nd shift. Additional income can be earned through our pay for performance program. Employees can also earn gift cards and additional paid time off through a performance based reward system within the department. Currently hiring for 2nd shift, all with a set schedule and consecutive days off. The first 3 weeks include structured training over Zoom video with set schedules of Monday-Friday 3:30pm-11:30pm CST for 2nd shift new hires. Hired schedules will generally begin on the fourth week of employment. Advancement opportunities available within the department and throughout the company. Full time employees are eligible to enroll in benefits, including medical, dental, and vision the first of the month following 30 days of employment. We also offer a 2% match for 401k contributions the first of the month following 30 days. Supporting healthcare clients requires that we are open 24/7/365. We typically take volunteers first to rotate holidays for fairness and pay holiday pay for the 6 major holidays. Additionally, the amount of work we receive from our healthcare clients can vary, which means there may be times when an employee would be asked to work overtime and other times when they are asked to leave early. We do our best to balance out schedules throughout the week, but there may be weeks you work over 40 hours and weeks you work under. A high school diploma or GED is required. Along with strong attention to detail and the ability to make quick informed decisions, perform repetitive tasks and work on a computer for an entire shift. Experience with medical records is helpful, but not required. To successfully work from home, you will need the following: An internet connection of at least 50 megabit download and 10 megabit upload. A designated location in your home with minimal distractions where a wired connection from your internet modem/router can be connected directly to Solarity's equipment via an Ethernet cable (equipment provided cannot operate wirelessly). This position also requires the use of Zoom video and audio for initial training and ongoing team meetings.
