• Roleplaying medical and health-related scenarios with AI agents • Evaluating the medical accuracy, clarity, and safety of AI-generated health information • Red teaming for medical edge cases, unsafe guidance, and model failure modes • Identifying signs of patient distress, medical risk, or urgency escalation • Rating and evaluating AI model responses for safety, appropriateness, and harm prevention • Developing and refining medical rubrics, behavioral taxonomies, and evaluation frameworks • Conducting qualitative analysis of AI conversations involving health topics • Providing expert feedback on internal medical safety and health policy • Collaborating with engineers, researchers, and clinicians on safety metrics • Documenting edge cases, near-misses, and failure patterns • Maintaining strict confidentiality, QA standards, and ethical guidelines • Participating in interdisciplinary review and calibration sessions

• Provide remote counseling services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and groups. • Collaborate with clients to identify concerns, define counseling goals, and develop actionable treatment plans. • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with all state, federal, and company policies (i.e., HIPAA). • Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, meetings, and training opportunities. • Integrate Christian faith and psychological best practices in therapy as appropriate. • Refer clients to other resources or specialists as needed. • Engage in occasional community outreach or ministry initiatives relevant to Light Counseling’s mission. • Provide clinical supervision or mentorship to interns and residents (if qualified). • Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be flexible and willing to support multiple transportation services within the company, including wheelchair transport and Basic Life Support (BLS) operations. • Depending on operational needs, responsibilities may include driving wheelchair-accessible vehicles, serving as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) on BLS trips to provide patient care, or driving BLS transport units. • Candidates must be comfortable performing a variety of duties and adapting to different service assignments as needed. • Safely transport patients to and from medical facilities, residences, and hospitals using company emergency vehicles • Provide basic emergency and patient support within EMT scope of practice • Communicate clearly and effectively with dispatch, healthcare staff, patients, and family members • Utilize a smartphone and company systems for job-related functions • Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness and readiness • Properly secure patients using stretchers, wheelchairs, and other medical transport devices • Maintain accurate trip logs, reports, and required documentation • Respond professionally and compassionately during emergency and non-emergency situations • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and state regulations • Perform other duties as assigned

• Roleplaying youth-facing scenarios with AI agents • Red teaming for youth safety edge cases, age-inappropriate content, and model failure modes • Identifying signs of distress, vulnerability, coercion, grooming, or unsafe influence • Evaluating AI responses for age-appropriateness, tone, clarity, and harm prevention • Rating and reviewing AI models for youth safety and policy compliance • Developing behavioral taxonomies, personas, and evaluation rubrics specific to children and adolescents • Conducting qualitative analysis of AI conversations involving youth users • Providing expert feedback on internal youth safety and child protection policies • Collaborating with engineers, researchers, and safety teams on youth-specific safeguards • Documenting edge cases, emergent risks, and cultural trends impacting youth safety • Maintaining strict confidentiality, QA standards, and ethical guidelines • Participating in interdisciplinary review and calibration sessions
