• Generate new business opportunities by identifying key decision-makers and engaging them via cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach. • Qualify inbound marketing leads and outbound prospects based on BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) criteria. • Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives, ensuring a smooth handoff of qualified, high-intent opportunities. • Maintain accurate, real-time records of all activities, lead interactions, and notes in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Outreach). • Conduct research on target accounts to understand their business challenges and tailor messaging. • Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly quotas for activities (dials/emails) and qualified meetings booked. • Work closely with Marketing to align on messaging and support campaign follow-ups.
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years in sales, inside sales, or business development (SaaS or tech experience preferred).
- High level of tenacity and grit; ability to handle rejection and maintain high activity levels.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency with, or ability to quickly learn, CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, ZoomInfo).
- Highly coachable, with a desire to learn and receive constructive feedback.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
