About the Team: OpenAI didn’t begin as a traditional company. It began as an idea: that artificial intelligence could be developed in a way that benefits everyone. As a creative team, our role is to help make sure the work behind that idea is understood, as it leaves the lab and meets the world. This company works at the frontier of intelligence. Like any frontier, it’s unfinished, constantly shifting, and still being explored. Our job is to stay close to that uncertainty and help shape how this story gets told, in a way that feels grounded and human. We do this through campaigns, launches, films, brand systems, and work that doesn’t fit neatly into any of those categories yet. This team is for people who want to help shape something from the beginning. About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Integrated Producer to build and scale OpenAI’s creative production capabilities both internally and with trusted vendors. You will establish production strategy, ensure flawless campaign execution, and manage budgets across the marketing organization. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading large-scale productions and building processes that enable iconic creative work. You will also be responsible for growing and leading a high-performing production team to support OpenAI’s ambitious global growth goals. In this role, you will: - Lead Integrated Campaign Strategy: Work closely with Strategy, Business, Product, and Operations teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with business objectives across paid, owned, and earned channels. - Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across Product, Product Marketing, Business Marketing, Communications, Global Affairs, and Creative to ensure cohesive, impactful campaigns. - Manage End-to-End Campaign Execution: Own the planning, execution, and post-launch analysis of integrated campaigns — from brief and conceptual development through launch and optimization. - Establish Production Processes: Build scalable processes and best practices that ensure seamless execution of integrated campaigns globally. - Oversee Localization & Adaptation: Develop a scalable approach to localizing content, messaging, and creative assets to drive cultural relevance and effectiveness in global markets. - Vendor and Budget Management: Identify, onboard, and manage production vendors and agencies while maintaining strong budget stewardship. You might thrive in this role if you: - 10 years+ of experience in marketing and advertising, including at least 3 years focused on integrated or campaign-driven roles. Prior experience at both agencies and in-house marketing teams is a plus. - Proven Success Managing Cross-Channel Campaigns: Demonstrated ability to lead campaigns across digital, social, email, paid media, and events. Strong understanding of content marketing, customer journey mapping, and lead generation. - Expertise Across Traditional and Digital Marketing: Proficiency in TV, OOH, social media, content, performance marketing, and event production. - Strong Project Management Skills: Track record of managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and driving results with a data-driven approach using analytics tools to inform strategy. - Excellent Communication and Influence: Ability to collaborate across disciplines and present to executive audiences; adept at tailoring messaging for diverse audiences. - Agility and Adaptability: Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and ability to pivot strategies based on evolving market needs. Nice to have: - A creative and strategic approach to campaign development. - Confidence leading cross-functional teams and managing senior stakeholders. - A passion for storytelling and connecting audiences to brand narratives. - A test-and-learn mindset, focused on continuous optimization. - Familiarity with AI technologies and emerging marketing trends.
