Join our team of problem solvers as we add new chapters to the history of spaceflight!  This role is part of TeraWave, a satellite communications network designed to deliver symmetrical data speeds of up to 6 Tbps anywhere on Earth. This network will service tens of thousands of enterprise, data center, and government users who require reliable connectivity for critical operations. Key Responsibilities: - Own the functional verification of Terawave customs ASICs, this includes Digital modem SoC, RF SoC ( integrating AMS/RF and digital logic) and mostly analog RF design with small digital - Drive and implement comprehensive state-of-the-art pre-silicon verification methodologies , driving first pass Silicon success and SW readiness at Tape out - Work collaboratively with ASIC front end, ASIC back end, system and SW team to scope work, define deliverables and hold a high quality bar through out the ASIC organization - Build, guide and mentor the verification team for simulation, emulation and prototyping - Setup the EDA tool flow for advance verification methods in the overall ASIC flow - Define Roadmap on technology and methodology improvements across all verification need of the ASIC organization - Support post silicon debug and bring up Basic Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science , or related field - 15+ years of experience developing embedded firmware - Solid understanding of SoC components such as CPUs, memory hierarchies, DMA, timers, interrupt control units, and interconnect buses and their verification - Experience with emulation and prototyping flow - Experience with TLM and UVM flow - Experience with UPF flow (power aware verification) - Experience with Gate level verification Preferred Skills and Experience: - Transaction Level Modelling for system level verification and analog modelling for RF/AMS verification - Experience with digital signal processing custom logic verification - Experience in taking large volume, low complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) geometry node to volume production Compensation Range for: CA applicants is $233,934.00 - $327,506.55 Other site ranges may differ Culture Statement Don’t meet all desired requirements?
