This is a chance to be one of our first Account Executives and help build something from the ground up. - Run the full sales cycle for SMBs and startups, from first outreach to closed deal. - Own outbound prospecting across email, phone, and LinkedIn. - Cold call founders and operators. - Conduct virtual relationship building across your assigned territory. - Attend industry events and represent Thera in the market. - Generate and convert your own pipeline. - Track activity and outcomes in our CRM. - Feed insights back to leadership on messaging, positioning, and targeting. This is a fully remote role. We move fast and we expect you to be present, engaged, and hungry regardless of where you sit. Qualifications - 3 or more years of SDR or BDR experience or at least 1 year of closing experience as an Account Executive. - Comfortable on the phone and not afraid of rejection. - Ability to personalize outreach in a way that actually lands. - Organized and consistent with follow up. - Curious about fintech, payroll, and how businesses operate. - Thrive in an async environment and communicate proactively. - Hold yourself accountable without someone looking over your shoulder. - Have a bias toward action and want to be somewhere early enough that your work actually matters.
