Role Description Michael Baker is seeking a senior Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of our Salesforce Cloud platform. Qualifications - 10+ years of Salesforce CRM Cloud experience, including Sales & Proposal Management, architecture, and solution design. - Proven experience in enterprise CRM implementations, multi-system integrations, applications support, and automation. - Strong expertise in Accounts/Contacts, Lead Management, Opportunity Lifecycle, and Sales processes. - Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP, Deltek Vantagepoint, GovWin, and other third-party systems. - Experience with Outlook/Exchange integration, analytics, data governance, and release management. - Ability to guide development teams and enforce architectural best practices. Compensation The approximate compensation range for this position is $140,000 - $160,000 per year. This compensation range is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
