Manager, Financial Information Systems

• Lead the optimization, support, and evolution of our financial systems landscape • Drive operational excellence across Finance through technology, focusing on Workday Financials • Serve as a liaison between Finance and IT to translate business needs into system solutions • Manage integrations and data flows between Workday and third-party tools • Support acquisition-related system onboarding and integration efforts • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure Workday supports strategic financial goals

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience managing or supporting financial systems
  • 3+ years of hands-on Workday Financials experience
  • Experience with Concur and High Radius tools is highly desirable
  • At least 1 year leading projects, workstreams, or small technical/functional teams
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and controls
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive results
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in a high-growth or acquisition-driven environment is a plus
