• Collaborates with internal and external business partners to improve healthcare value. • Enables the achievement of the mission, vision, strategies, network goals, and strategic business objectives. • Improves the colleague, member, student and patient experiences. • Co-creates, executes, evaluates, and adjusts team and divisional goals and strategies. • Designs, plans, delivers, evaluates, and supports strategic enterprise initiatives. • Tracks project progress to ensure standardized report outs. • Begins to assess variation, performance gaps and opportunities for strategic expense reduction and revenue growth. • Performs simple root cause and gap analysis based on current state data. • Facilitates team meetings, identifies key actions and follow up items.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, business administration, healthcare management, project management or closely related field.
  • 3 years progressive experience in project management or completion of a healthcare administrative fellowship program.
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and situations.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple complex tasks and projects in a fast paced work environment.
  • Ability to focus on details and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must possess team building skills and emotional and social intelligence.
  • Must collaborate and possess resilience, managerial courage, flexibility, ethics, and professionalism.
  • Master’s Degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or other related degree (preferred).
  • 5 years progressive experience in project management (preferred).
  • CSSBB - Certified Six Sigma Black Belt - American Society for Quality Upon Hire (preferred).
