Role Description Au sein de l'unité Politique de la Ville, composée de 5 collaborateurs, vous serez chargé(e) des missions suivantes : - Instruire les demandes de subventions des différents dispositifs régionaux (conventions, arrêtés, notifications, paiement, justification …) en binôme avec la deuxième gestionnaire de l’unité ; - Assurer l’interface avec les usagers porteurs de projets dans leurs démarches ; - Assurer la gestion, la préparation et le suivi des dossiers en soutien des chargés de mission de l’unité (outils de suivi, organisation de réunion, compte rendu…) ainsi que la conception d'outils de suivi ou d'analyse ; - Assurer le secrétariat du plan de formation Valeurs de la République et laïcité, (VRL) concevoir des outils de suivi des formations et des stagiaires, assurer l'accompagnement des formateurs VRL sur le portail AGATE. Les missions de l'agent peuvent être amenées à évoluer en fonction des besoins de service courant 2026 en y ajoutant des missions administratives sur le champ de l'insertion sociale et professionnelle. Qualifications - Savoir agir dans un contexte complexe, faire preuve de créativité, trouver de nouvelles solutions, former d’autres agents, être référent dans le domaine. - Mettre en œuvre la compétence de manière régulière, corriger et améliorer le processus, conseiller les autres agents, optimiser le résultat. - Savoir effectuer, de manière occasionnelle ou régulière, correctement les activités, sous le contrôle d’un autre agent, savoir repérer les dysfonctionnements. - Disposer de notions de base, de repères généraux sur l’activité ou le processus (vocabulaire de base, principales tâches, connaissance du processus, global…). Requirements - Connaissances réglementaires relatives aux aides publiques. - Connaissances des politiques publiques en matière de cohésion sociale et de la politique de la ville. Role Description Under general supervision of the Virtual Loudoun Supervisor, provides an instructional program consistent with the goals and objectives of the School Division as we strive toward deeper learning. - Implements an engaging and effective, personalized learning program through the Loudoun County Public School’s Learning Management System. - Utilizes high yield online learning strategies and digital content that is aligned to targeted instruction to meet individual student learning needs. - Works with the program staff and community to maintain an atmosphere conducive to learning and appropriate student behavior in an online environment. - Performs other duties as assigned. Courses/Endorsement Areas Needed - Health & Physical Education - Science - Economics & Personal Finance (CTE or SSGS certified) - Social Science & Global Studies - Mathematics Roles and Responsibilities - Participate in professional development activities and staff meetings, as required or assigned. - Implement professional development expectations and regularly use formative data (observations, student reflections, quick checks, digital content usage, etc.) and student academic data to monitor success and continuously improve personalized learning experiences for student success. - Continually assess, document, and share student achievement data with students to create goals and maintain appropriate assessment and evaluation documentation for institutional and individual reporting purposes. - Plan and implement appropriate online instructional and learning strategies and activities. - Manage the behavior of online learners in an instructional setting to ensure that the online environment is conducive to the learning process. - Collaborate and coordinate instructional activities with Virtual Loudoun Instructional Designer and members of their course CLT as required to maximize personalized learning opportunities for students. - Communicate with parents through email, phone conferences, and other means. Qualifications - Must have or be eligible for Virginia licensure with appropriate endorsement(s). - Successful completion of LCPS’s Online Teacher Methodology Course or an equivalent. - Knowledge of content, curriculum, methods, materials, and equipment of instructional specialty to which assigned in online teaching. - Knowledge of pre-adolescent and adolescent growth and development. - Knowledge of Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) curriculum related to assignments and School Division mission, goals, and organization. - Ability to apply knowledge of current research and theory to instructional programs. - Skill in the use of multi-media and computer technology to enhance learning. - Ability to plan and implement lessons based on Division and school objectives and the needs and abilities of students to whom assigned. - Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with students, peers, administrators, and parents. - Skill in oral and written communications. - Excellent human relations skills. Requirements - Reports to: Virtual Loudoun Supervisor - FLSA Status: NonExempt - Collective Bargaining Unit: Certified - Per Student Rate, based on student enrollment: - $100 per enrolled Loudoun Enrollment student who does not complete a course. - $200 per enrolled student who completes a course (Minimum payment of $1000). - This position is eligible for remote work, but also may require in-person attendance at job-related meetings, training sessions, and conferences, as requested by the employee's supervisor. - Candidate must live within a commutable distance of Loudoun County Public Schools.
