EHR Support Analyst – Tier 1

• Respond to incoming client inquiries via telephone, chat, and email • Research and resolve client issues and requests • Explain complex issues in appealingly simple terms • Manage case backlog and meet commitments to clients • Escalate tickets properly • Represent client needs and concerns when interacting with various OP departments • Stay current on all software releases, enhancements, and reported issues • Utilize critical thinking, root cause analysis, and problem solving skills to address client issues in the most efficient way possible

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor Degree is preferred, but not required to be successful
  • Customer service experience, requiring a technology component to perform duties
  • Experience using an EHR (preferred)
  • RCM / Medical Billing experience (preferred)

Role Description Rattaché fonctionnellement auprès du Procureur de la République Adjoint, coordonnateur du pôle « VIF » et auprès de la Division de l’Action Publique territorialisée (DAPTER), l’attaché de justice travaillera en lien avec l’ensemble des magistrats de la DAPTER sur le traitement des dossiers de violences intrafamiliales, tant en matière civile que pénale : - Elaboration des avis parquet à la suite d’une requête pour une ordonnance de protection en lien avec le magistrat de doublure et relance des enquêtes en cours - Gestion des mails relatif aux appels interjetés sur les ordonnances octroyant une ordonnance de protection - En cas de violation d’une ordonnance de protection, assistance du magistrat de permanence TTR pour obtenir la preuve de sa signification et dans la gestion de l’enquête - Suivi des enquêtes en lien avec les référentes violences conjugales du Parquet - Traitement des rapports d’incidents du CJ signalés par le PAJE (rédaction petit rapport de synthèse avec diligences à destination du tribunal correctionnel) - Assistance des parquetiers de permanence sur les dossiers VIF (expertise de dangerosité, suivi enquêtes, relance commissariats) Il se verra notamment confier également les missions suivantes, en alternance avec l’attaché de justice VIF coordonnateur siège et parquet, chef de pôle : - Gestion de la messagerie structurelle TGD en lien avec le magistrat de permanence (renfort du magistrat et signalement des urgences) - Rédaction des évaluations TGD - Préparation des dossiers TGD - Organisation et gestion des remises TGD - Actualisation en temps réel des tableaux relatifs au nombre de TGD en cours et mise à jour du tableau de sorties de détention - Préparation des COPIL TGD auteur / COPIL TGD sortants – entrants Sous la supervision de la coordonnatrice, cheffe du pôle VIF, Ange OZEL, l’attaché de justice travaillera en lien avec les attachés de justice affectés au traitement des violences intrafamiliales au sein des différents services (parquet, SAF, SAP et TPE). - Participation à la permanence « ATJ-VIF », à raison d’une semaine par attaché de justice VIF : gestion de la boite mail VIF - Alimentation et suivi du logiciel SISPoPP - Participation aux réunions hebdomadaires de coordination « Réseau des attachés de justice VIF » Qualifications - Diplôme sanctionnant une formation juridique au moins égale à quatre années d'études supérieures après le baccalauréat - Justification de la qualité d’agent contractuel assimilé à la catégorie A ou de niveau catégorie A - Remplir les conditions prévues à l'article 3 et 3-1 du décret n° 86-83 du 17 janvier 1986 modifié - Corps de catégorie A prévue à l’article L.411-2 du code général de la fonction publique pour les fonctionnaires Requirements - Très bonnes connaissances en droit pénal - Très bonnes connaissances en procédure pénale - Bonnes connaissances du contentieux traité - Discrétion - Loyauté - Très bonnes capacités rédactionnelles - Sens du contact et du travail en équipe - Capacités de synthèse Benefits - Niveau 6 Licence/diplômes équivalents - Spécialisation en Droit, sciences politiques Company Description Localisation : Tribunal judiciaire de Bobigny - Documents à transmettre : CV et lettre de motivation obligatoires - Personnes à contacter : Pierre Fermantel, vice-procureur chargé du secrétariat général
