Role Description The Solution Consultant (SC) is an integral member of the strategic implementation organization. The SC is responsible for successful SaaS delivery, specifically the deployment of the RealPage solutions. This team member will work directly with customers as well as with internal stakeholders to architect scalable, flexible and resilient solutions that specifically address each customer’s business requirements. This team member will play a critical role in managing and providing strategic guidance on full life-cycle implementations. - Understand business strategy and use cases across various workstreams within customers' business. - Create and deliver customized product implementations that solve customer needs. - Work collaboratively with people at all levels within customer organizations, tailoring communication to meet the needs of various stakeholders. Responsibilities - Define customers' business requirements and current state of operations. - Develop change management strategy to align current and future state of operations. - Track achievements of defined requirements and adoption success. - Develop ongoing customer partnership/trusted advisor status. - Connect business requirements with functional capabilities of RealPage products. - Formulate solution framework to drive a successful implementation. - Lead presale and implementation discovery discussions with key roles of customer. - Partner with the Engagement Management team in providing input for the larger implementation project plan. - Plan and manage system design, partnering with internal delivery teams for execution. - Plan and establish go-live activities relative to solution integration, including training and ongoing support. Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of Multifamily Experience. - Expert level knowledge of a RealPage product and integration. - Novice level proficiency in Consulting processes. - Ability to engage and lead conversations with Directors and/or regional level contacts. Pay Range USD $70,700.00 - USD $120,300.00 /Yr.

• Lead technical solution development for new and recompete opportunities, ensuring architectures align with customer objectives, requirements, and evaluation criteria. • Partner with Capture Managers to define solution strategy, discriminators, and win themes early in the capture lifecycle. • Collaborate with Technical Leads and SMEs to design and document realistic, innovative architectures, concepts of operations (CONOPS/OV-1s), and delivery models for proposals, white papers, and other deliverables. • Translate technical concepts into clear, persuasive written narratives, diagrams, and visuals for proposal volumes, presentations, and customer briefings. • Author and edit technical solution content across proposals, white papers, marketing materials, and capability statements to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with corporate voice. • Support business development engagements, including client briefings, industry days, and technical exchange meetings, representing the company’s solution vision and technical capabilities. • Develop tailored technical talking points, solution summaries, and briefing materials that enable effective customer and partner conversations. • Lead the technical storyboarding process, connecting operational need, technical approach, and customer outcomes. • Support Basis of Estimate (BOE) development, staffing plans, and level-of-effort assessments in coordination with Operations and Pricing teams.

• Design end-to-end enterprise-level architectures aligned to business requirements and future roadmap needs • Translate business journeys into detailed technical designs and architectural components • Conduct trade-off analysis and guide decision-making across performance, scalability, cost and security considerations • Produce architectural artefacts including high-level diagrams, technical design documents and integration flows • Architect RESTful APIs and develop integration models across synchronous, asynchronous and event-driven patterns • Apply microservices principles, patterns and best practices to build modular, resilient services • Design cloud-native solutions, preferably on AWS, ensuring optimized use of managed services • Implement secure authentication and authorization architectures for multi-tenant environments • Define frontend composition and rendering strategies for large-scale digital applications • Work with content management systems such as AEM or Contentful • Apply strong knowledge of caching, scalability and performance optimization strategies

• Develop tailored end-to-end AI/ML solutions to address client needs • Spearhead technical solutioning for proposals, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions aligned with customer requirements • Design, implement, and support AI/ML-driven solutions, including generative AI, predictive analytics, and automation workflows • Advise customers on AI solution architectures, model selection, data readiness, and integration with existing cloud environments • Develop proof‑of‑concepts (POCs) showcasing AI capabilities such as LLMs, chatbots, intelligent search, and automated decision systems • Craft compelling responses to requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for information (RFIs) from prospects and customers • Deliver customized product demonstrations for potential customers and partners (virtually and in-person) • Offer in-depth technical support to the business development team and clients throughout the sales cycle • Assess customers' technical challenges and needs, devising customized selling strategies • Create and present internal AI solution materials for stakeholders, customers, and senior executives • Collaborate with clients to identify problems and suggest appropriate solutions • Analyze competing products and provide competitor insights to marketing and development teams • Generate, qualify, manage, and offer technical assistance to facilitate deal closures
