• Own overall solution architecture for Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain implementations, upgrades, and rollouts • Translate complex business requirements into scalable, integrated D365 F&SCM solutions • Design end-to-end process flows across Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Warehousing, and Order Management • Define integration architecture with third-party systems, ISVs, legacy ERPs, and Microsoft ecosystem solutions • Lead data migration strategy, cutover planning, and performance optimization • Ensure solution compliance with security, audit, regulatory, and governance standards • Provide technical and functional leadership to functional consultants, developers, and integration teams • Lead design workshops, solution blueprinting, and architecture governance reviews • Act as escalation point for complex solution and performance issues • Support presales activities including solution visioning, estimates, architecture decks, and RFP responses • Collaborate with Microsoft FastTrack, product teams, and partner ecosystem as required
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of ERP consulting experience with at least 5+ years on Dynamics 365 F&SCM
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect on large, multi-entity ERP implementations
- Deep functional knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Trade & Logistics modules
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 extensibility, integrations, and data architecture
- Excellent stakeholder communication and executive-level presentation skills
- Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Experience delivering projects via hybrid waterfall/agile methodologies including Scrum and Conference Room Pilots (CRPs)
