This is a remote position. Our client, a world leader in biotechnology and life sciences, is looking for a "Training Coordinator" (Fully Remote). Rate: $35/hr on W2 Job Duration: Long-Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension & FT Conversion) Company Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Sick leave, 401K Key Responsibilities • Administer and manage training activities within an LMS (Cornerstone preferred), including curricula creation, learning assignments, user groups, and reporting • Coordinate training schedules, logistics, and train-the-trainer sessions • Partner with Global Training, OCM, and business teams to align training with deployment milestones • Track training readiness, attendance, risks, and mitigation plans • Support migration and retirement of local training materials • Provide ongoing support during deployment and hypercare phases Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in training coordination or LMS administration • Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone or similar), and managing logistics, systems, and reporting • Project coordination skills is a plus • Strong organizational, coordination, and stakeholder communication skills • Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting) • Experience supporting enterprise system or ERP implementations is a plus • Ability to work with global teams across time zones If interested, please send us your updated resume at hr@dawarconsulting.com.
