Role Description We are currently seeking a Senior Proposals Development Associate to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Senior Proposals Development Associate at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the development and preparation of proposals for clinical trials, thereby contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies. This role would support our Central Lab division. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze information necessary for proposal development. - Assisting in the preparation and formatting of proposals, ensuring compliance with client requirements and internal standards. - Conducting thorough reviews of proposal documents to identify errors, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement. - Coordinating with subject matter experts to obtain input and feedback on technical aspects of proposals. - Supporting the proposal manager in managing timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring timely submission of proposals. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred. - Previous experience in proposal development, project coordination, or a related field within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or clinical research industry. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
