Join us! Your Role We are looking for a sharp Website Developer to help build, scale, and optimize our marketing website and related web experiences. This role sits at the intersection of design, content, and product, bringing high-fidelity designs to life while ensuring performance, accessibility, and best-in-class web standards. You will be hands-on in Webflow and collaborate closely with our web agency partners, designers, marketers, and product partners to ship fast, thoughtful, and scalable web experiences. What you will do at Zip - Own the implementation of page templates and reusable components in Webflow across our web properties - Be a strategic partner with our demand generation function to proactively recommend and execute on experiments that will increase visitor conversion rate. - Translate static designs into responsive, interactive, and polished web experiences - Optimize pages for performance, accessibility, SEO, and modern web best practices - Maintain and evolve CMS structures to support scalable content publishing - Partner closely with designers to extend our design system into a maintainable, production-ready web system - Build interactive elements that go beyond static content, including animations and lightweight data-driven components - Support launches, site updates, and ongoing optimization efforts with strong attention to detail - Contribute to documentation, tooling, and workflows that help the broader team move faster - Build or improve internal tools and processes that make day-to-day collaboration more efficient Qualifications - 5+ years of experience working with design systems or component-based web architectures - Have solid experience with modern frontend frameworks - Experience supporting content-heavy or frequently updated marketing sites - Familiarity with analytics, performance monitoring, or A/B testing tools - Extensive experience with JavaScript/ES6/TypeScript. - Experience integrating Webflow with Marketo, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc. - Familiarity with Webflow API, animations (Lottie, Rive), and No-Code tools. Nice to Haves - Ability to develop using a headless CMS (e.g., Contentful or Sanity) and modern frontend frameworks. - Familiarity with emerging SEO/AEO practices, including optimizing content for AI-powered search, answer engines, and large language model–driven discovery. - Has worked at a B2B or SaaS company The hourly rate for this role is $100-120 an hour. The pay for this position is determined based on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant experience, education, or particular skills and expertise.
