Role Description A boutique safari lodge is seeking a GUIDE / ADMIN COUPLE to join them within a remote luxury environment. The position offers growth potential for the right candidates. Role 1: Guide The guide will conduct daily game drives and guided bush walks, ensuring high standards of guest safety, interpretation, and engagement. They will uphold reserve protocols, maintain vehicles and equipment, assist with lodge operations when required, and contribute to delivering exceptional safari experiences. Core Criteria: - Preferably FGASA Level 2 (NQF 4) qualified with Full Lead Trails certification - Valid PDP, First Aid, and required guiding documentation - Strong Big Five guiding experience - Excellent guest interaction and communication skills - Sound knowledge of wildlife, conservation, and safety protocols - Professional and reliable with a strong work ethic Role 2: Admin The admin partner will oversee key administrative functions including HR support, financial administration, and operational coordination. Training on internal systems and procedures will be provided. The role also includes guest hosting duties and active participation in daily lodge operations with room for growth. Your Impact The Total Rewards Specialist should have fundamental knowledge in a broad array of total rewards topics, including health benefits, retirement planning, compensation, career and developmental opportunities, and employee wellbeing programs. In this role, you will support the daily operations of the total rewards administration and provide the maximum level of service for NERC’s remote workforce. This position reports to the Director of Human Resources.
