Suki also offers its proprietary AI and speech platform, Suki Platform, to partners who want to create best-in-class ambient and voice experiences for their solutions. We are a user-driven company and are committed to making sure every pixel of our product is in service of the doctors. We’re a team of technologists, clinicians, and industry experts working together to push the limits on technology used in medicine. We’re confident enough to move fast and talented enough not to break things. Check out this short video to learn more about our mission and our culture. What will you do everyday? Reporting under Sales Development, your primary mission is to pioneer and scale a new sector of the business: Suki for Partners. This isn't just about following a playbook; it’s about writing it. Because we are building this sector from scratch, you must be exceptionally nimble, comfortable with ambiguity, and committed to over-communication. You will act as the bridge between market feedback and internal strategy, ensuring every lead is rigorously qualified and every partnership is built on a solid foundation. - Sector Expansion & Strategy: Actively build out a new business vertical. You’ll identify untapped market segments and develop strategies to penetrate them. - Rigorous Qualification: Move beyond surface-level stats. You will vet inbound leads and outbound prospects to ensure they align with our long-term scaling goals. - High-Frequency Communication: Maintain a tight feedback loop with leadership and sales partners. - Strategic Outbound Prospecting: Identify "best-fit" accounts for Suki for Partners. You’ll craft high-impact messaging to secure introductory meetings with key stakeholders. - Account Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research to map out decision-makers and influencers, determining the most effective way to break into complex organizations. - Demand Gen Partnership: Collaborate with marketing partners, bringing creative campaign ideas to the table to drive engagement within your target accounts. - AE Synergy: Partner closely with Account Executives on outreach and multi-channel prospecting strategies. Ok, you're sold, but what are we looking for in the “perfect” candidate? - Pioneering Mindset: You’re a self-starter who is autonomous. - Nimble & Adaptive: You thrive in a fast-moving environment, where process is evolving. - Executive Presence: You exude confidence and integrity. You are a consultative listener who can translate a partner’s pain points into a compelling AI-driven strategy. - Data-Driven Rigor: You are detail-oriented and use metrics to guide your day. - Technical & AI Savvy: You have embraced AI and lean into tools for efficiency and output. - Results-Obsessed: You’re competitive and motivated to hit key performance indicators. - Humble & Coachable: You enjoy learning and trying new approaches. Qualifications* - 3+ years prospecting complex Healthcare IT SaaS to Healthcare Executives or Platform API-based solutions to Product Executives. - Proficiency in Gong Engage, SalesForce, Zoom Info, SalesNav, and G-Suite. Proficiency in Outreach.io or SalesLoft if you haven’t used Gong Engage. - Strong track record of meeting/exceeding quota and OKRs. - Exceptional communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills. * We don’t necessarily expect to find a candidate that has done everything listed, but you should be able to make a credible case that you’ve done most of it and are ready for the challenge of adding some new things to your resume. Tell me more about Suki - On a roll: Named by Fast Company as one of the most innovative companies, named Google’s Partner of the Year for AI/ML, named by Forbes as one of the top 50 companies in AI . - Great team: Founded, managed, and backed by successful tech veterans from Google and Apple and medical leaders from UCSF and Stanford. We have technologists and doctors working side-by-side to solve complex problems. - Great investors: We’re backed by Venrock, First Round Capital, Flare Capital, March Capital, Hedosophia and others. With our $165M raised so far, we have the resources to scale. - Huge market: Disrupting a massive, growing $30+ billion market for transcription, dictation, and order-entry solutions. Our vision is to become the voice user interface for healthcare, relieving the administrative burden on doctors instead of adding to it. - Great customers: Our solutions are used in health systems and clinics across the country, supporting clinicians across dozens of specialties. Check out what one of our users says about how Suki has helped his practice. - Impact: You’ll make an impact from day one. You’ll join a team working towards a shared purpose with a culture built upon deep empathy for doctors and passion for making their lives better. Suki is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We are dedicated to building a company that fosters inclusion and belonging and reflects the diverse communities we serve across the country. We know we are stronger this way, and we look forward to growing our team with these shared values. In compliance with the State of California Pay Transparency Law, the OTE salary range for this role is between $90,000 - $110,000. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package.
