You'll leverage your expertise in machine learning and generative AI to identify inefficiencies, develop innovative solutions, and ultimately enhance the speed and quality of our customer transitions. What you'll do: - Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning and generative AI models aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of customer onboarding. - Apply a strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals, various frameworks, and model selection to solve complex business problems. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and AI, actively exploring and integrating cutting-edge techniques into our solutions. - Utilize your robust statistical knowledge to inform model development, interpret results, and ensure the reliability of our analytical insights. - Demonstrate exceptional and creative problem-solving skills to tackle unique challenges within the ServiceTitan customer journey. - Design, implement, and rigorously test Generative AI and ML solutions, evaluating their performance and impact. - Strategically determine the most appropriate modeling approach (traditional ML vs. Generative AI) for specific problems, and effectively design tests to evaluate multiple approaches. - Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to seamlessly deploy models into production environments, ensuring scalability and performance. - Leverage cloud computing services, preferably Azure, to build and maintain robust data science infrastructure and pipelines. What you'll bring: - Experience: 5+ years in a data science role with a proven track record of delivering impactful, production-grade solutions. - Core Technical Stack: Proficiency in SQL and Python , with deep expertise in the data science ecosystem (e.g., PyTorch, Transformers, scikit-learn, and XGBoost/LightGBM). - Generative AI & Agents: - Demonstrated experience with Generative AI concepts, including practical application in developing and testing GenAI solutions. - Experience building Agentic Workflows and implementing RAG architectures. - Any experience building and deploying MCPs is a bonus, but not required. - LLM Ops & Evaluation: Familiarity with MLOps best practices and deploying models into production. Expertise in LLM evaluation frameworks (e.g., RAGAS, DeepEval) and implementing guardrails for reliable customer-facing outputs. - Statistical Rigor: Strong foundation in statistics, including hypothesis testing, experimental design, and causal inference to ensure the reliability of analytical insights. - Cloud Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, with a strong preference for Microsoft Azure (e.g., Azure AI Studio, Foundry). - Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights , paired with a proactive and collaborative mindset. - Bonus Skills: Familiarity with coding in C# and .NET to better integrate with ServiceTitan’s core engineering environment. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.

About the Role: Develop and program methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze diverse data sets to generate insights and solutions for customer solutions and program enhancement.
