Job Description As a Marketing Operations Associate at Omada Health, you’ll work with internal stakeholders to schedule, build, launch, and report on consumer-facing email campaigns in Marketo. You’ll be directly responsible for 25% of our most complex campaigns which will require advanced data analysis and attention to detail. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating with the Growth Marketing team to plan, build and execute on Omada’s robust testing strategy. Beyond your weekly campaign work, you’ll own strategic initiatives to evolve our craft and scale our efforts. Working in tandem with the Marketing Operations Manager to plan, build and deploy high impact campaigns, you’ll work cross functionally with Growth Marketing, Member Growth Marketing and Omada Health as a whole to build/execute test strategies, advise on campaign deployment, maintain campaign success and client satisfaction. Successful campaigns are integral to reaching enrollment and revenue targets, preserving enrollment marketing as a strategic differentiator, and most importantly helping more people learn about and sign up for the Omada program. Your impact: As a Marketing Operations Associate at Omada Health, you’ll work with internal stakeholders to build, QA, troubleshoot and launch email campaigns through Marketo. You’ll also be directly responsible for understanding the complex nature of our data structure to better drive campaign success. Beyond your weekly campaign work, you’ll own strategic initiatives to evolve our craft and scale our efforts. Working in tandem with the Marketing Operations Manager to plan, build and deploy high impact campaigns, this role is extremely important to the Enrollment Marketing team and Omada Health as a whole. AI Training & Optimization - Train and fine-tune AI models, copilots, and agents within tools such as Qualified, HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, and Highspot - Optimize AI-driven workflows (e.g., lead routing, scoring, prioritization, content recommendations, conversation intelligence) - Monitor AI performance, accuracy, bias, and impact; continuously iterate based on results, partnering with product marketing and solutions engineering to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information Agent & Workflow Development - Design, build, and maintain AI agents and automated workflows using native platform automation and recommending new tools - Integrate AI agents across systems to support end-to-end revenue processes - Document agent logic, prompts, guardrails, and governance standards Martech Stack Ownership - Working within Qualified, HubSpot and Salesforce, ensuring clean data, scalable architecture, and strong integrations across platforms - Partner with Marketing, Sales Ops and RevOps on areas of opportunity for workflow optimization with AI, including lead lifecycle, attribution, pipeline visibility, and forecasting - Support tools including Outreach, Highspot, and CaliberMind Enablement & Adoption - Train marketing and SDR teams on AI-powered features and best practices - Create documentation, playbooks, and governance for AI and automation usage - Act as the internal subject matter export on AI applications within marketing operations Reporting & Measurement - Define success metrics for AI and automation initiatives - Leverage dashboards and reporting to measure impact on pipeline, conversion rates, efficiency, and revenue - Communicate insights and recommendations to leadership Requirements Required Experience & Skills - 4-7 years of Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Systems Operations experience - Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Qualified, and Salesforce (required) - Proficiency with BI/reporting tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Sisense, or Calibermind, and the ability to translate data into action - Experience training, configuring, or optimizing AI features within martech and salestech platforms - Familiarity with SDR tools such as Outreach and Highspot - Experience building automations and integrations using n8n or similar workflow tools - Understanding of AI agents, prompt design, workflow orchestration, and governance - Excellent cross-functional communication and documentation skills Nice to Have - Experience in global cybersecurity organizations - Experience with CaliberMind (or other multi-touch attribution platforms) - Background in RevOps or Sales Ops - Familiarity with data enrichment, intent data, and conversation intelligence tools - Experience managing or mentoring junior ops team members What Success Looks Like - AI-powered workflows are measurably improving speed, efficiency, and conversion across the funnel - Marketing and sales teams trust and actively use AI-enabled tools - Automation reduces manual work while improving data quality and insight - The martech stack scales intelligently as the business grows What we have to offer - Competitive salary - Medical, dental, vision, 401(K), and additional incentives - Culture of community and opportunity to work in a growing organization - Room for career growth and professional development - Training and educational opportunities Checkmarx is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
