Product Manager – Platform Integrations

Lumin Digital

• Own the product lifecycle from concept to delivery, managing requirements gathering, documentation, timelines, user experience, quality assurance, and performance metrics. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams of designers, engineers, data scientists, and trainers to bring innovative products to market. • Craft and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy with stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and prospects. • Utilize user, platform, and third-party data to develop exciting features that improve the financial lives of consumers. • Monitor and measure launched products to drive continuous improvements in usability, incorporating insights into future development cycles. • Engage with the Lumin Digital community, contributing to organizational growth through honest, candid, and respectful feedback. • Perform other duties as assigned. • 30 days: Gain an understanding of Lumin Digital’s product portfolio, processes, and key stakeholders while building relationships with cross-functional teams. • 90 days: Take ownership of key product initiatives, contributing to the development of innovative features and solutions. • 1 year: Deliver impactful products that demonstrate measurable improvements in user adoption, client satisfaction, and business outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in product management, ideally within the Banking or FinTech sectors.
  • Expertise in card integrations and platforms, including Velera, Elan, Visa DPS, Fiserv, FIS and others.
  • Experience in working with core integrations for both credit unions and banks
  • Proven ability to craft and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy to diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Experience managing multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Experience with other third-party integrations, APIs, SSO, and banking platforms.
  • Background in data-driven product development and collaborating with clients and development teams to deliver new products
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent educational and professional experience.
