At Propio Language Services we are closing the language gap by connecting people anywhere and anytime through innovative technology and solutions. Founded in 1998 Propio Language Services provides critical interpreting and translation services that improve the quality of life with the communities we engage in. We do that by providing both remote and on-site services in more than 350 languages, for over 9,000 clients with a diverse and highly experienced staff, and over 10,000 contract interpreters. Quality interpretation is critical to our shared success, and it is only possible by bringing in the best interpreters in the industry. We currently have a need for Remote Contract Armenian Interpreters who have a sincere desire to use their language skills to help people and are passionate about what they do. Contract Responsibilities: - Provides consecutive, first-person interpretation. - Follows interpreter protocols and procedures as required by Propio L.S. clients. - Follows all Propio L.S. policies and procedures related to information confidentiality and interpreter ethics. - Continuously improves vocabulary and specialized subject matter knowledge, as required for various clients, such as medical, legal, social services, etc. Requirements: - Submission of updated Resume in English at time of Application. - Completion of English Language Proficiency with a language rating of “technical proficiency” (3 or higher on the nationally recognized ILR scale). - Successful completion of a Mock oral interpretation session. Interpreters are evaluated against 24 quality standards and must attain a passing score. - Completion of Propio's online Medical Terminology, Anatomy and Physiology Assessment, with a passing score. - A full Background Check and Security Screen. - A signed commitment to confidentiality, adherence to ethics, and HIPAA compliance. Preferred Qualifications: - 1+ years of interpreting experience. Role Description Under general supervision of the Virtual Loudoun Supervisor, provides an instructional program consistent with the goals and objectives of the School Division as we strive toward deeper learning. - Implements an engaging and effective, personalized learning program through the Loudoun County Public School’s Learning Management System. - Utilizes high yield online learning strategies and digital content that is aligned to targeted instruction to meet individual student learning needs. - Works with the program staff and community to maintain an atmosphere conducive to learning and appropriate student behavior in an online environment. - Performs other duties as assigned. Courses/Endorsement Areas Needed - American Sign Language Roles and Responsibilities - Participate in professional development activities and staff meetings, as required or assigned. - Implement professional development expectations and regularly use formative data (observations, student reflections, quick checks, digital content usage, etc.) and student academic data to monitor success and continuously improve personalized learning experiences for student success. - Continually assess, document, and share student achievement data with students to create goals and maintain appropriate assessment and evaluation documentation for institutional and individual reporting purposes. - Plan and implement appropriate online instructional and learning strategies and activities, including determination of right kind and level of materials, provide relevant learning experiences, manage allotted learning time to maximize student achievement, and utilize a variety of instructional materials and available multi-media and computer technology to enhance learning. - Manage the behavior of online learners in an instructional setting to ensure that the online environment is conducive to the learning process. - Collaborate and coordinate instructional activities with Virtual Loudoun Instructional Designer and members of their course CLT as required to maximize personalized learning opportunities for students. - Communicate with parents through email, phone conferences, and other means. Qualifications - Must have or be eligible for Virginia licensure with appropriate endorsement(s). - Successful completion of LCPS’s Online Teacher Methodology Course or an equivalent. - Knowledge of content, curriculum, methods, materials, and equipment of instructional specialty to which assigned in online teaching. - Knowledge of pre-adolescent and adolescent growth and development. - Knowledge of Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) curriculum related to assignments and School Division mission, goals, and organization. - Ability to apply knowledge of current research and theory to instructional programs. - Skill in the use of multi-media and computer technology to enhance learning. - Ability to plan and implement lessons based on Division and school objectives and the needs and abilities of students to whom assigned. - Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with students, peers, administrators, and parents. - Skill in oral and written communications. - Excellent human relations skills. Requirements - Licensed Position, part-time. - Per Student Rate, based on student enrollment: - $100 per enrolled Loudoun Enrollment student who does not complete a course. - $200 per enrolled student who completes a course (Minimum payment of $1000). - Reports to: Virtual Loudoun Supervisor. - FLSA: Certified. - This position is eligible for remote work, but also may require in-person attendance at job-related meetings, training sessions, and conferences, as requested by the employee's supervisor. - Candidate must live within a commutable distance of Loudoun County Public Schools.

• Execute XBOW’s localization strategy across web, documentation, campaigns, and communications • Define localization priorities and sequencing by market impact, customer needs, and business objectives • Help establish foundational localization systems including style guides and translation memory practices • Partner with Marketing and Creative teams to localize brand narratives and product launches • Evaluate and implement localization tooling and build efficient review workflows • Define and track localization performance metrics and build feedback loops for quality improvement

• Act as the clinical biomarker lead for assigned immunology/autoimmune clinical programs and studies • Develop and implement translational and clinical biomarker strategies to support clinical development • Interpret and communicate clinical biomarker data to support study execution and key program decisions • Collaborate closely with assay development, CDx, clinical operations, and analytical teams • Lead biomarker-related content for clinical protocols and associated documents • Coordinate external vendors and partners supporting biomarker and translational activities • Identify translational and biomarker gaps and contribute to targeted research efforts • Apply immunology and autoimmune disease expertise to guide biomarker selection and interpretation across clinical programs • Contribute to scientific publications and external communications
