About the Team: The Corporate Communications team sits within the broader Marketing organization and plays a central role in elevating AlphaSense’s reputation, both inside and outside the company. As part of Marketing, we support growth and brand reputation. Within Corporate Communications, we focus on clarity, consistency, and trust across every audience we serve. Our team brings together internal communications, social media, external communications and PR, and analyst relations. We partner closely with leaders across the business to ensure our messaging is aligned, timely, and grounded in what matters most to our employees, customers, and the market. About the Role: This role is focused on owning and strengthening our internal communications platforms and editorial strategy as we scale. As Internal Communications Manager, you will help shape how information moves across the company, ensuring employees receive clear, timely, and consistent communications through the right channels. You will play a central role in managing our internal editorial calendar, aligning messaging across teams, and advancing best-in-class corporate communications practices. You will partner closely with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to bring structure, clarity, and discipline to how we plan, publish, and measure internal communications. From Quarterly All Hands to monthly newsletters and day-to-day updates, you will help elevate every employee touchpoint to drive alignment, transparency, and engagement. This full-time role reports to the Director, Internal Communications and is based in the US, with the option for in-person or remote work.
