While the majority of services will be delivered virtually, some travel (approximately 10-20%) for key in-person facilitations is also expected. What You Bring: - 5+ years of experience in education (K-12 and/or higher education), such as teaching, coaching, or leading adult professional development. - Demonstrated success facilitating interactive workshops for adult learners, both in person and virtually. - High energy, enthusiasm for the craft of teaching and learning, and a passion for educator growth. - Strong presence in front of groups and the ability to read a room, adjust pacing, and maintain engagement. - Tech-savviness and comfort navigating Zoom, Google tools, virtual collaboration platforms, and digital materials. - A growth mindset and openness to feedback. - A self-starter attitude, reliability, timeliness, and professionalism.
