The Enterprise Program Manager is responsible for translating enterprise strategy into an actionable, prioritized Program of initiatives/projects and ensuring they deliver measurable business outcomes. This role owns enterprise-wide Programs and programs that span multiple business units, functions, systems, and executive stakeholders. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and governance, providing enterprise-level visibility, decision support, prioritization, and accountability across complex, cross-functional, and multi-year initiatives that are critical to the organization’s strategic objectives. The Enterprise Program Manager partners closely with leadership, Product, Engineering, Marketing, RevOps, Operations, IT, and Finance to ensure enterprise initiatives are delivered with clarity, discipline, and measurable value. Key Responsibilities: Program & Strategic Execution - Translate enterprise strategic plans into enterprise-wide funded programs, roadmaps, and executable initiatives - Own and maintain the enterprise Program view across strategic, operational, and technology initiatives that impact multiple functions or the business as a whole - Serve as the primary owner for initiatives designated as enterprise-wide, ensuring clarity of scope, ownership, and outcomes - Ensure initiatives remain aligned to evolving business priorities and enterprise strategic objectives - Apply standardized impact vs. effort, value-based prioritization, and capacity frameworks to guide enterprise investment decisions Governance & Decision Support - Establish and manage governance forums, decision cadences, and escalation paths - Partner with executive sponsors to define scope, success metrics, and decision criteria for enterprise initiatives upfront - Facilitate trade-off discussions across competing enterprise priorities, capacity constraints, and dependencies - Ensure clear ownership, RACI, and accountability across enterprise programs and Programs Delivery Oversight & Risk Management - Provide delivery oversight across enterprise programs and projects to ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-value delivery - Identify, track, and escalate risks, issues, and cross-functional dependencies early - Partner with project and program managers to drive consistent delivery discipline across enterprise initiatives - Prevent scope creep through structured change management and governance for enterprise work Value Measurement & KPI Management - Define success metrics and KPIs aligned to enterprise strategy (CX, cost, efficiency, adoption, scalability) - Establish baselines and track outcomes pre- and post-implementation for enterprise-wide initiatives - Measure benefits realization versus planned value and surface gaps to executive sponsors - Provide reporting on enterprise Program performance, outcomes, and risks Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership - Act as a trusted partner and advisor to executive sponsors and functional leaders - Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Marketing, RevOps, Ops, IT, and Finance for enterprise initiatives - Lead complex, cross-functional conversations to drive clarity, decisions, and forward momentum - Communicate enterprise Program status, risks, and decisions clearly and concisely to various audiences Projects & Initiatives Supported Examples of enterprise-wide initiatives this role may oversee include: - Strategic plan implementation, translating enterprise strategy into prioritized Programs and execution roadmaps - Enterprise Program management, including initiative intake, governance, prioritization, and dependency management - Mergers & acquisitions support, including integration planning, execution oversight, and value realization tracking - Go-to-market and revenue initiatives, lead lifecycle optimization, and RevOps enablement - Enterprise product and customer experience programs spanning multiple functions and platforms Required Qualifications: - 8+ years of experience in enterprise Program management, program management, strategy execution, or enterprise delivery roles - Proven experience owning and managing enterprise-wide, cross-functional Programs - Strong understanding of governance, prioritization, and value-based delivery at an enterprise scale - Experience translating enterprise strategy into executable initiatives and measurable outcomes - Ability to influence without authority and navigate executive-level decision-making - Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications: - Experience operating within or alongside an Enterprise PMO - Background in technology, data, SaaS, or platform transformation initiatives - Familiarity with CCaaS platforms, CRM, marketing automation, or enterprise systems - Experience working with executive steering committees - Certification(s) such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent Key Attributes: - Strategic thinker with strong execution bias - Comfortable operating in enterprise-level ambiguity and complexity - Data-driven, outcome-oriented decision maker - Trusted advisor to leaders - Calm, credible, and decisive under pressure - Outstanding communication and clear visibility Reporting Structure: Reports into the Lead, Enterprise PMO and serves as a central owner and orchestrator for enterprise-wide initiatives, partnering closely with executive sponsors across the business. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education and work location. In addition, some roles may be eligible for additional on target commission pay or bonus. The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits including paid leave.
