• Design, develop, and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform to provision and manage Azure resources • Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated infrastructure deployment and application release cycles • Manage Azure/AWS cloud infrastructure, including VMs, App Services, AKS/ACS, databases, and networking • Implement infrastructure monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using tools such as DataDog • Establish and enforce infrastructure security best practices, compliance standards, and disaster recovery procedures • Mentor junior DevOps engineers and promote knowledge sharing • Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot infrastructure issues and optimize application performance • Lead infrastructure planning and capacity management initiatives • Document architecture decisions

• Design and implement policies and working practices to ensure common standards across a multi-cloud environment • Drive cloud cost optimization through rightsizing, optimization, and reserved instances/Savings Plans • Review and monitor cloud costs, configure threshold alerts, analyze costs, and recommend savings measures • Develop cost metrics and collaborate with stakeholders on budgeting • Develop policies and architectural standards for account creation, identity and access management, cost management, security, tagging, backups, storage, and logging • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, working procedures, training materials, and documentation for AWS, Azure, and GCP • Roll out and develop centralized tools across cloud platforms to apply policies and monitor compliance • Set up policy enforcement mechanisms and reporting mechanisms demonstrating policy adherence • Work with the ServiceNow team to implement workflows and automate processes • Review and update standards according to current multi-cloud best practices • Improve cost and control dashboards and alerting for performance, usage, and compliance • Collaborate with the Cloud Delivery Team and stakeholders to deliver cloud projects while maintaining compliance • Travel as required by the position

• Design and support GCP network environments using Network Connectivity Center (NCC), Cloud VPN, Cloud Load Balancers, VPC constructs, and Service Networking • Provide consistent design patterns for SaaS providers, on-premise systems, and internal GCP services • Participate in an on-call rotation and act as an escalation point for production support • Deliver cloud network projects supporting business requirements for internal stakeholders • Communicate how technical components support cloud platform environments to peer groups, partner teams, and stakeholders • Interface with vendors to shape and adopt future GCP network product offerings • Partner with the Cloud Network Delivery peer group on operational support, technical design, and technical standards

• Design and implement secure, scalable, and resilient AWS cloud architectures for enterprise environments • Lead the planning and execution of VMware-to-AWS migration initiatives • Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform • Design AWS networking solutions, including VPCs, Transit Gateway, VPN connectivity, and multi-account environments • Define cloud migration strategies and architecture for business-critical applications and infrastructure • Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, security, and application teams on cloud transformation projects • Ensure cloud solutions align with security, compliance, and operational best practices • Provide technical leadership across architecture, migration planning, implementation, and optimization • Support customers in adopting AWS best practices and modern cloud-native approaches
