Deluxe
• Efficiently and accurately resolve held CI orders. • Get orders into production while providing exceptional customer service. • Resolve held CI orders utilizing various tools and methods. • Clearly document actions and decisions taken. • Perform order resolution by placing outbound calls to Financial Institutions. • Handle incoming phone calls as required. • Maintain company quality and service levels.
Job Requirements
- HS/GED and 6 months of CI experience
- Experience working on PC, accurate keyboarding skills
- Customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
