• Own and maintain CX process documentation (SOPs, journey maps, knowledge base content) • Drive operational excellence by streamlining and automating back office functions—from Legal/Compliance workflows and bank partner coordination to high-risk account actions • Identify friction points across the member and agent journey and implement scalable solutions • Influence cross-functional roadmaps using data-driven insights • Partner with various cross-functional teams such as Product, Legal, Risk, Vendor Ops, Quality, and Learning to optimize agent performance • Ensure operational readiness and assess support impact for new features and policy changes • Lead initiatives that measurably improve CSAT, resolution rates, and contact rate
Job Requirements
- 5+ years leading end-to-end programs in CX, Operations, or Product
- Experience operating in regulated environments with strong compliance awareness
- Demonstrated cross-functional partnership across Product, Compliance, Risk, and Ops
- Strong analytical skills and experience using Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
- Proven ability to break down complex problems and influence roadmap direction
- Experience building scalable processes that improved member experience metrics
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence skills

Role Description This position is for On-Call Emergency Management Specialists – Preparedness with the potential to report out of any WSP office. - Be involved in projects with our Federal Programs Team. - Assist on an on-call basis as an emergency management preparedness reservist employee. - Support Emergency Management team in servicing clients preparing for, responding to, and recovering from disasters nationwide and in US territories. - Support Emergency Management Agencies in preparedness tasks including training, exercise, and planning. - Perform a variety of duties including development, design, conduct, data analysis, and evaluation. - Attend periodic training throughout the year to maintain position eligibility. - Support Emergency Management Project Management functions. - Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct. - Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs. This role partners closely with Enterprise Sales, Finance, and Customer Success to structure complex, multi-product and multi-year deals within the company’s pricing and packaging framework. Functioning as a deal desk, this role serves as a trusted pricing advisor to the Enterprise field organization—balancing deal competitiveness, pricing integrity, and long-term customer value. Key Responsibilities: Enterprise Deal Structuring & Pricing Advisory - Serve as the primary pricing partner for Enterprise field sales supporting $200K+ deals. - Provide hands-on guidance for complex deal structures, including: - Multi-year agreements - Multi-product and bundled offerings - Usage-based and hybrid pricing models - Expansion, renewal, and amendment scenarios - Ensure deals adhere to pricing guardrails while enabling sales to remain competitive. - Own pricing-related deal approvals and exception workflows within the Deal Desk model. - Partner with the Field enablement team to provide enablement on product & pricing to field and partners. Customer Growth, Usage & Expansion Insights - Build and maintain reporting on Enterprise customer product growth, usage adoption, and expansion patterns. - Analyze usage vs contracted value to identify expansion, overage, and renewal risk signals. - Partner with Sales and Customer Success to surface actionable insights that support account growth and retention.
