• Coordinates and advances initiatives related to the 340B drug pricing program (340B program) in support of health system partners served by Lumicera Health Services. • Supports the development and execution of program strategies, managing day-to-day coordination of initiatives. • Prepares materials and insights for partner engagement, contributing to implementation of program improvements. • Engages health system partner stakeholders at operational and management levels to support program implementation, alignment, and ongoing optimization efforts. • Develops structured project plans, status tracking, and reporting tools that support visibility into program performance. • Synthesizes program performance data and financial outputs into actionable insights that inform operational and program-related decision-making.

• Assisting in the management of cross-functional sub teams to facilitate timely planning, execution, tracking, and completion of NDA-related clinical deliverables. • Setting up meetings, drafting agendas and detailed minutes, and tracking actions through completion. • Assisting in the identification of issues impacting plan execution and working with the team to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies • Ensuring effective and timely communication to sub-team members regarding activity status, key milestones, identified risks and resource allocation

• Serve as the primary pricing partner for Enterprise field sales supporting $200K+ deals. • Provide hands-on guidance for complex deal structures, including: Multi-year agreements, Multi-product and bundled offerings, Usage-based and hybrid pricing models, Expansion, renewal, and amendment scenarios. • Ensure deals adhere to pricing guardrails while enabling sales to remain competitive. • Own pricing-related deal approvals and exception workflows within the Deal Desk model. • Partner with the Field enablement team to provide enablement on product & pricing to field and partners. • Identify gaps or friction in CPQ workflows and recommend improvements to increase sales efficiency. • Support field enablement on pricing tools, CPQ usage, PAM usage and deal submission best practices. • Act as the escalation point for pricing-related CPQ issues impacting deal velocity. • Monitor pricing model adherence across Enterprise transactions, including discounting, term lengths, and non-standard pricing. • Analyze pricing exceptions and provide insights to executive leadership on trends, risks, and optimization opportunities. • Build and maintain reporting on Enterprise customer product growth, usage adoption, and expansion patterns. • Develop dashboards and reporting to track: Pricing compliance and discount trends, Product attach rates and expansion drivers, Usage adoption relative to contract value, Deal cycle time and approval efficiency.

Role Description This position is for On-Call Emergency Management Specialists – Preparedness with the potential to report out of any WSP office. - Be involved in projects with our Federal Programs Team. - Assist on an on-call basis as an emergency management preparedness reservist employee. - Support Emergency Management team in servicing clients preparing for, responding to, and recovering from disasters nationwide and in US territories. - Support Emergency Management Agencies in preparedness tasks including training, exercise, and planning. - Perform a variety of duties including development, design, conduct, data analysis, and evaluation. - Attend periodic training throughout the year to maintain position eligibility. - Support Emergency Management Project Management functions. - Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct. - Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs. Examples of project responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Develop, promote, and coordinate client emergency management plans, procedures, and operations. - Prepare and conduct basic and specialized training programs for clients. - Analyze data and make operational recommendations for improved responses to disasters. - Assist in the development of HSEEP compliant exercises. - Travel as required by client and project, which could include overnight stays. - Perform related duties as required. Qualifications - High School Diploma, or equivalent. - 7+ years’ experience, or equivalent, including 1+ years of emergency management experience. - Completion of IS 100, 200, 700 and 800. - Broad knowledge of Emergency Management principles, methods and techniques. - Travel Required - Must be able to travel to client sites as project warrants. - Proven track record of upholding workplace safety.
