• Oversee our full sales cycle • Build and nurture client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor • Drive growth by managing full-cycle sales: prospecting, presenting, negotiation, and closing • Develop compelling presentations, demos, and proposals that address client objectives and objections • Develop strategic account plans to meet revenue targets • Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention • Maintain accurate pipeline data, forecast revenue, and deliver reports on performance metrics • Work with our VP of Sales to establish our sales strategy and growth plan • Provide ongoing customer feedback as a core input to our engineering roadmaps
• Develop and maintain software for our edge devices, server infrastructure, and web applications. • Build and improve the APIs connecting our system components (edge, server, web). • Design and improve the user interfaces that customers use in our web application. • Implement, manage, and optimize data processing and machine learning inference pipelines on our servers. • Troubleshoot problems across the hardware/software stack, from edge devices through the server to the web frontend. • Collaborate with the team to design new features and solve technical challenges.
• Design and iterate on features within our existing Figma-based design system • Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and Engineering team to deliver dev-ready designs • Translate product requirements into intuitive UX that works for our customers without over-engineering the solution • Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate efficiently rather than pursuing pixel-perfect final products • Anticipate UX edge cases and flag potential user experience issues proactively
• Answer inbound customer calls, conduct first-round troubleshooting, and communicate findings clearly and professionally using defined scripts and guidelines • Produce accurate and error-free internal and external reports in English for both technical and non-technical audiences, including documentation to support customer acceptance testing procedures • Monitor the Scanner and Robotic fleet by running a set of queries and following defined processes. • Routing anomalies in robot behavior or other data sources to the correct internal escalation teams to support customer issue resolution. • Support the success of new robot installations and scanner deployments through meticulous monitoring of robot behavior and data evaluations.
