About the Role We are seeking a driven, money‑motivated Recruiter to join a fast‑paced, high-volume outbound recruiting center. This role is ideal for someone with strong work ethic, persistence, and the ability to thrive in a performance‑based environment.This is a fully remote, full-time position (40 hours/week). After the first week of training, you may build your own schedule Monday through Friday between 8 AM–8 PM EST. Key Responsibilities - Make 25+ outbound calls per hour to identify and attract potential insurance sales agents. - Achieve 100 weekly bookings (2.5 interview sets per hour). - Support hiring goals — 9 hires per quarter based on funnel metrics. - Source talent using job boards, social media, and various recruitment tools. - Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and interest. - Coordinate interview scheduling with branch leaders. - Collaborate with branch teams to understand staffing needs. - Participate in ongoing recruiter development and training. - Work efficiently within multiple computer systems and recruiting platforms. Performance Bonuses Recruiters can earn uncapped monthly bonuses for hitting KPI targets related to interview scheduling and activity metrics. Current bonuses range from $50 up to $2,000 per month. Career Growth - Opportunity for promotion to Recruiter after one successful quarter (meeting call and contract metrics), increasing base pay to $17/hr. - Clear advancement path to lead and leadership roles. - Remote flexibility and a proven track record of internal growth.
