Role Description The Recruiter is responsible for the sourcing, selection and hiring of high-quality and diverse staff in a high-quality, time, and cost-effective manner. The Recruiter also is responsible for the development and enhancement of recruiting infrastructure to produce high-quality and diverse hires. This position reports to Lead Recruiter and supports the organization broadly in meeting our strategic growth initiative. - Develops hiring plans with hiring leaders, which includes an ideal candidate summary, a sourcing strategy, and a selection plan - Collaborates with Marketing and Communications department and HR Team to develop and implement a recruitment strategy for new center launches and ongoing hiring needs - Monitors outreach effectiveness and adapts accordingly - Acts as SME of ATS system, ensures data accuracy, and drives high utilization and adoption of recruiting system and processes - Proactively tracks critical recruiting KPIs and aligns priorities accordingly - Drafts postings and implements sourcing; ensuring diversity outreach is included - Selects resumes for further consideration - Develops interview guides and affiliated screening tools - Conducts phone interviews - Participates in interviews and acts in a consultative role to hiring teams - Acts in an advisory role to hiring leaders to ensure consistent and legal procedures are followed - Ensures finalists are smoothly transitioned through the offer and onboarding process - Provides support to the HR Operations team through recruiting/onboarding process when needed - Maintains and communicates “recruiting funnels” in cases of high-volume recruiting - Maintains close communication with leaders to proactively identify future hiring needs - Effectively prioritizes and manages the recruitment of a high volume of varying positions to support new school launches - Ensures processes are conducted in a highly professional and legally compliant manner Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required - At least 4+ years in a talent acquisition-related role - Preferred recruiting experience in supporting sales recruitment in a technology-based, multi-state organization Requirements - Strong oral and written communication skills - Effective time management and multi-tasking skills - Ability to stay organized and be detail-oriented - Demonstrates a passion for solving problems or helping others - Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to self-manage and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment - Strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems Benefits - Rich Medical and prescription plans - Dental & Vision - Paid Holidays and Flexible Paid Time Off - 401K/401K Roth with Safe Harbor matching - Stock Appreciation Rights - Company-paid life insurance, long-term and short-term disability insurance - Company-paid mental health support & financial wellness services - FSA for medical and dependent care - HSA option with compatible medical plan - Company-paid training, materials, and exams - Performance-based bonuses

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
