Role Description We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Salesforce Systems Administrator to support our Sales and Marketing operations. This role will serve as the internal systems expert across CRM platforms, primarily HubSpot and Salesforce, ensuring data integrity, automation optimization, system enhancements, and day-to-day support. This person will act as a triage and hot-fix resource, supporting ongoing system needs while also partnering on larger strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is experienced, autonomous, startup-minded, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with minimal micromanagement. Duties and Responsibilities - Administer and optimize Salesforce and HubSpot systems - Build and refactor Salesforce Flows, permissions, validation rules, and Lightning pages - Manage HubSpot workflows and automations (80+ active workflows) - Maintain data integrity across accounts, contacts, leads, and custom objects - Troubleshoot system issues and implement hot fixes - Perform data uploads, cleansing, and bulk data manipulation (Excel proficiency preferred) - Ensure accurate data sync between HubSpot and Salesforce - Support reporting needs for Sales, Marketing, and RevOps - Collaborate cross-functionally and operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment Qualifications - 3+ years of CRM administration experience - Strong Salesforce experience (Admin-level knowledge) - Salesforce Admin Certification (strongly preferred) - Experience with Salesforce Flows (required) - Experience managing permissions, layouts, validation rules - Hands-on HubSpot administration experience - Strong understanding of CRM data structures - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments - Comfortable working remote U.S. Eastern hours (9 AM – 6 PM EST) Benefits - Permanent remote work flexibility - Paid Time Off - Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage - Annual performance bonuses - Dedicated coaches offer an extra channel of support and skill-building - Opportunities for professional growth Company Description Hireframe provides nearshore and offshore staffing solutions, operating as a remote-first organization with team members located in the United States, Mexico, and the Philippines.
