Role Description We are seeking a Partner Operations Specialist who blends operational rigor, partner‑facing communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast‑evolving environment. This role is responsible for designing, documenting, and executing a Proof of Performance (PoP) validation process that can scale, withstand audit scrutiny, and support AI‑assisted workflows. This is not a pure project manager role. The ideal candidate is a hybrid operator + partner engagement specialist who can apply judgment, influence process design, and coach partners through new validation expectations. Qualifications - Experience in partner operations, channel programs, governance, or compliance. - Exposure to validation, audit, claims review, or similar adjudication environments to establish measurable proof of performance KPIs for partners. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross‑functional coordination. - High attention to detail with a focus on fairness, accuracy, and defensibility in validation decisions. - Demonstrated ability to produce structured documentation (criteria, flows, checklists). - Familiarity with MDF programs, incentives, demand generation, or deal registration workflows. - Partner‑facing experience across ISVs, advisors, resellers, or other ecosystem roles. Benefits - Medical, dental & vision - Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital - 401(k) Retirement Plan – Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available - Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents) - Short and long-term disability - Health Spending Account (HSA) - Transportation benefits - Employee Assistance Program - Time Off/Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave) Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Doral, FL.
