Role Description The Healthcare Recruiter & Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating schedules with active staff, filling open shifts for clients (including high-volume clients with manual scheduling workflows), collecting timesheets, and assisting with payroll processing. - Source, screen, and interview healthcare professionals (CNAs, MAs, LPNs, RNs, etc.) - Complete candidate questionnaires and prepare submissions for internal review - Send candidate handoff emails and coordinate next onboarding steps - Maintain an active candidate pipeline - Coordinate and schedule staff for open shifts - Communicate daily with active staff to confirm their availability (days, times, and locations) - Fill shifts quickly and accurately based on client requirements - Update scheduling sheets and staffing platforms - Maintain clear and timely communication with staff regarding shift confirmations or changes - Collect weekly timesheets from all active staff - Review timesheets for accuracy and follow up on missing or incorrect entries - Submit completed timesheets to payroll according to deadlines - Assist with basic payroll processing, hour verification, and reconciliation - Maintain accurate documentation, trackers, and logs - Provide exceptional customer service to both healthcare workers and clients - Support internal teams with administrative and operational tasks as needed Qualifications - 1–3 years of experience in healthcare recruiting, scheduling, or staffing (preferred) - Strong communication and customer service skills - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Highly organized with strong attention to detail - Comfortable with manual and repetitive scheduling processes - Experience with timesheets or payroll coordination is a plus - Proficiency with scheduling platforms and online tools - Must be reliable, proactive, and responsive Preferred Traits - Strong follow-up skills - Positive and professional communication style - Ability to remain calm with shifting priorities - Self-starter who takes ownership of their work - Enjoys interacting with healthcare workers daily Benefits - Opportunity for growth within a fast-growing company - Supportive team environment - Flexible/remote work options (as applicable)

Role Description We are immediately hiring a team of Nurse Practitioners to complete Histories & Physicals for employees via tele-health. The Nurse Practitioner provides professional nursing care to patients/significant others via direct and/or telephone contact, following established standards and practices. Responsibilities include: - Coordinating with other members of the care team to ensure seamless care delivery - Maximizing coordination of efforts - Encouraging active patient participation in planning and care - Administering the following vaccines: - TDAP - TD - Hep B - Seasonal Flu - MMR - Varicella Please note, we typically do not see pediatric patients. Adult only. Our History and Physical is a physical assessment and is not a comprehensive medical exam. Our H/P takes approximately 8-10 minutes to complete. Provides direction to: - Licensed Practical Nurses - Clerical assistants - Medical assistants - Other non-licensed personnel Typical Physical Demands: - Requires full range of body motion including moving and lifting patients - Manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination - Requires sitting and/or standing for extended periods of time - Occasionally exerts up to 100 pounds of force - Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range - May require occasional lifting and carrying office supplies Typical Working Conditions: - May require frequent exposure to communicable diseases and body fluids - Toxic substances, medicinal preparations, and other substances and conditions common to a medical office environment - Requires working in close proximity to other personnel - Requires use of computer keyboard throughout the work day - May require use of autoclave for instrument sterilization - Requires working under stressful conditions and/or working irregular hours Qualifications - Graduate of an accredited school of nursing - Registered nurse licensed to practice in New York with current New York registration and in good standing - Record of prior stable employment and/or favorable references Requirements - Minimum of one year experience as a registered nurse or two years as a licensed practical nurse in a pertinent practice area - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N.) - Current BLS certification - At least two years of recent pertinent professional nursing experience in a hospital, medical office, or other clinical setting Benefits - This is a 6-week long occupational health screening project from August 4th to September 18th
