Role Description We are seeking a Delivery Specialist to support service delivery for the Retiree Health Solutions Department by managing small to medium projects, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion of tasks. This role will monitor quality, identify process improvements, and adapt to changing priorities. Strong, professional communication is essential, as the position operates within a global and virtual environment. - Support end to end enterprise service delivery including agent pre-onboarding, licensing, contracting, and certifications. - Independently handle complex tasks such as escalations, report analysis, and communication to key stakeholders. - Manage projects, coordinating with clients, carriers, third parties, and other company services. - Build personal domain, plan, and regulatory knowledge through formal learning and on the job learning experiences. - Participate in internal user acceptance testing and integration testing. - Ensure SOPs for processing are up to date and match requirements. - Monitor and track service-related metrics to ensure processes meet or exceed targets and identify process improvement opportunities. - Manage multiple carrier agent readiness to sell processes. - Partner with carrier contacts to document the readiness process, communicate status updates, report issues/risks, and obtain resolution.
