Position Description Bridgenext is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to design and lead scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions across complex client environments. This role requires strong architectural governance, hands-on technical depth, and the ability to modernize legacy Salesforce implementations while positioning clients for future innovation across multi-cloud and AI-driven capabilities. The architect will initially support a large-scale Salesforce Classic to Lightning modernization and multi-org consolidation initiative involving Apex refactoring, automation rationalization, integration validation, and structured UAT governance. Beyond this engagement, the architect will contribute to multi-cloud solution design, platform modernization initiatives, and emerging Salesforce capabilities including AI-enabled workflows and data-driven architectures. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Design and govern scalable Salesforce architectures aligned to client business objectives - Lead modernization and transformation initiatives including Lightning migration, automation refactoring, and legacy optimization - Establish Apex enterprise design standards and automation architecture guardrails - Design robust object models considering business processes, security models, reporting, and integrations - Architect integration strategies using APIs, middleware, event-driven patterns, and secure authentication models - Provide architectural input across Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Platform) and related ecosystem solutions - Evaluate and incorporate emerging Salesforce capabilities such as AI-powered features, Data Cloud, and automation intelligence where appropriate - Conduct architecture reviews and enforce development best practices - Support estimation activities and provide architectural input into solution planning and delivery models - Provide production readiness oversight including deployment governance and risk mitigation - Partner with stakeholders to align modernization strategy with long-term platform evolution Workplace: Remote, East Coast USA or Canada Must Have Skills: - 8–12+ years Salesforce platform experience - 4+ years in a technical leadership or architecture role - Strong expertise in Apex enterprise patterns and scalable automation design - Deep understanding of object modeling, sharing models, security architecture, and integration patterns - Experience operating in complex, highly customized Salesforce orgs - Experience leading architectural decision-making across development teams - Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills - Ability to adapt architecture strategy across multiple Salesforce clouds and evolving platform capabilities Preferred Skills: - Experience leading Classic to Lightning migration initiatives - Experience consolidating Salesforce orgs or modernizing legacy implementations - Experience in multi-cloud Salesforce environments (Sales, Service, Experience, Platform, Data Cloud) - Familiarity with AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities (Einstein, Agentforce, generative AI use cases) - Experience in integration-heavy enterprise ecosystems - Salesforce Application or System Architect certification (CTA preferred but not required) - Experience in regulated industries (insurance, banking, healthcare) Professional Skills: - Solid written, verbal, and presentation communication skills - Strong team and individual player - Maintains composure during all types of situations and is collaborative by nature - High standards of professionalism, consistently producing high quality results - Self-sufficient, independent requiring very little supervision or intervention - Demonstrate flexibility and openness to bring creative solutions to address issues Bridgenext is an Equal Opportunity Employer US citizens and those authorized to work in the US are encouraged to apply #LI-AG1 #LI-REMOTE
