• Lead the definition of the technical vision and requirements strategy for highly complex products, anticipating risks and systemic dependencies • Define and oversee documentation standards, analysis processes, and quality criteria across the company's requirements area • Act as a strategic consultant to the client, proposing technical solutions that optimize investment and ensure product scalability • Manage expectations of senior stakeholders, mediating technical and business conflicts to ensure project progress • Review and validate work produced by other team members, ensuring adherence to established standards of excellence • Guide and upskill the team through mentoring and training, disseminating best practices in requirements engineering and agile methodologies • Produce strategic artifacts such as technical roadmaps, integration specifications, and information architecture • Keep Management informed about the technical health of projects, proposing preventive actions to ensure on-time and on-budget deliveries • Perform other professional activities inherent to the area, as directed or requested by the immediate supervisor • Availability to travel.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management, Product Management, or Software Engineering is desirable
- Minimum of 4–5 years' experience in requirements activities, with a track record in large-scale, highly complex projects
- Direct experience working with clients and external stakeholders
- Expertise in agile frameworks and advanced prioritization techniques
- Deep knowledge of BPMN and data modeling
- System-level architectural perspective

Remote anywhere in the continental United States Position Purpose: With the Population Health and Clinical Operations Finance team, you analyze the relationship between operational performance and financial outcomes. Produce KPI performance views of (QAI) Quality and Affordability Initiatives. Translate KPI performance into financial outcomes. Monitor QAI progression through action, execution and decision gates.
