• Develop and execute growth strategies for all Salvin Dental/Regenerative product lines within your assigned geography inclusive of both current customer growth as well as new customer acquisition • Represent the company in all dealings with key customers in an effort to gain market share that will ultimately lead to achieving annual sales growth goals for the business • Leverage experience, prior relationships, and people skills to successfully develop productive relationships with all customers in your assigned territory • Achieve the assigned sales goals and KPI’s as assigned for your territory • Maintain good record keeping of customer information as well as status within the sales funnel to ensure healthy opportunities for continued growth
Role Description The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for driving early-stage customer engagement by identifying, contacting, and qualifying new and underdeveloped accounts. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, re-engaging inactive customers, and generating qualified opportunities to support the Inside Sales team. The SDR plays a critical role in building pipeline and increasing customer activity, while developing the skills necessary to transition into an Inside Sales Representative position. Who you’ll work with: - This role has partnership across our product teams, customer service and sales. What You’ll Do: - Conduct outbound outreach to new leads, low-activity (D-tier), and inactive/lost accounts. - Identify and qualify customer needs, purchasing behaviors, and potential opportunities. - Generate new opportunities through cold calling, targeted outreach, and campaign-driven initiatives. - Re-engage dormant customers and gather insights on inactivity or churn. - Generate qualified opportunities and input sales orders. - Support execution of promotional campaigns and targeted outreach initiatives. - Collaborate with Inside Sales Reps to align messaging and outreach efforts. - Build early-stage relationships with prospective and re-engaged customers. - Onboarding and Expansion of new customers. - Maintain accurate and up to date records of customer interactions, activities, and opportunities in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot). - Track outreach efforts and pipeline progress against defined activity and performance metrics. - Provide feedback on lead quality, customer trends, and campaign effectiveness. - Participate in training, call coaching, and ongoing development programs. - Support additional sales initiatives as assigned. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred. - 0–2 years of sales, customer service, or related experience. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and structured outreach. - Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) preferred. Requirements - Experience in B2B or inside sales environments preferred. - Exposure to lead generation, prospecting, or outbound sales activities. - Interest in pursuing a long-term career in sales. Work Environment This position is fully remote, meaning you will perform your work from a home office or another approved location rather than a traditional company office. As a remote team member, you will be expected to maintain a reliable internet connection, a productive and distraction-free work environment, and consistent availability during established business hours. Regular communication and collaboration will take place through virtual tools (e.g., video conferencing, messaging platforms, and email), and you will be responsible for staying engaged, meeting deadlines, and participating in team meetings and company initiatives. Role Description We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in the dental industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and an eagerness to build long-term relationships with dental professionals. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and promoting a wide range of dental products and services. What You’ll Do - Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, email outreach, and research to target dental practices, clinics, and dental professionals. - Sales Calls & Consultations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations over the phone, video calls, or emails to educate potential clients about the features and benefits of our dental products and services. - Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. - Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our dental products, services, and industry trends to effectively advise clients and recommend solutions tailored to their needs. - Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals by converting leads into sales and upselling products as appropriate. - Order Processing & Follow-Up: Process orders accurately and promptly, ensuring smooth transactions and timely delivery of products. - Market Intelligence: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to identify new sales opportunities and keep the company competitive. - Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients. Qualifications - Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role; preferably in the dental or healthcare industry. - Strong knowledge of dental products, equipment, or services is a plus. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport and effectively present information. - Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently while collaborating as part of a team. - Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage changing customer needs. Technical Skills - Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - A high school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus. - Fluent proficiency in English and French, both verbal and written. Requirements - Compensation Range: $55K – $65K CAD - This position is fully remote, meaning you will perform your work from a home office or another approved location rather than a traditional company office. - Regular communication and collaboration will take place through virtual tools (e.g., video conferencing, messaging platforms, and email).
