Role Description The Senior Cloud Engineer is a senior technical role within the Cloud Engineering function, responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing operation of Brightsolid’s large-scale OpenStack-based cloud platforms and associated storage systems. You will act as a technical leader within the team, ensuring that platforms are architected correctly for multi-tenant environments while supporting the ongoing evolution of the Brightsolid Cloud platform. This role represents a shift from traditional public cloud and VMware-based platforms towards open-source technologies, with a strong focus on OpenStack, Canonical tooling, and large-scale infrastructure engineering.
