• Responsible for the development and execution of customer strategies • Identifies, cultivates, maintains, and documents strategies that optimize alignment between customer needs and key internal business needs for new and existing customers • Cultivates and maintains strategic relationships inside the account and outside the account, meeting price, margin, and growth targets with assigned accounts • Responsible for forecasting revenue for profit plan, LRP and quarterly forecast freeze • Gathers, communicates and develops strategies to take action in response to market intelligence • Develops the negotiation strategy for initial and renewal/extension contracts, agreements, terms and conditions in close collaboration with Contract Operations Managers • Analyzes sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implements strategies to enhance sales effectiveness • Responsible for leading account reviews regarding customer relationship, SQRDC scorecards, forecast, margin maintenance, and identifies business risks

Accountable for project results. - Project Artifacts: Accountable for project artifacts (scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, etc.). - Project Governance: Lead project meetings and reviews. Applies standard and advanced PM techniques like Earned Value Management (EVM), Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and Gantt charts. - Change Management: Manages organizational change and ensures successful adoption of program outcomes. Addresses resistance to change and fosters stakeholder buy-in for program initiatives. - Knowledge of IT Infrastructure (on-premise and cloud) and Business Systems (ERP, etc.) a plus. • Maintaining HRIS systems - The Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for implementing, testing, upgrading, and maintaining the company's Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). • Providing HRIS support - The Senior HRIS Analyst provides technical support to HR, leaders, and members on HRIS-related issues. Includes troubleshooting and root cause analysis of complex issues. • Analyzing HR Data - A Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for analyzing HR data, identifying trends, and providing insights to inform HR strategies and decisions. • Evaluating HRIS Effectiveness - The Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of HRIS solutions and making improvements to ensure they meet the needs of employees and the organization. • Collaborating with HR Stakeholders: A Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for collaborating with HR stakeholders, such as HR business partners and recruiters, to ensure HRIS systems meet their needs and align with overall HR strategies.
• Lead Generation & Sales Execution: Identify and qualify potential customers through research, cold calling, and other outreach efforts. • Proactively identify and cultivate new sales opportunities by engaging inbound leads, qualifying prospects, and customer onboarding progress. • Maintain Customer Relationship: Build and nurture relationships with new and existing customers through communication to encourage repeat business and referrals and provide voice of customer feedback to internal stakeholders. • Process Implementation: Applies standardized sales procedures and strategies to maintain clear communication and engagement with cross-functional teams. • Customer Engagement: Manages customer interactions leveraging technology to virtually connect with existing and prospective customers, supporting sales objectives and enhance customer satisfaction. • Sales Execution: Use product and process knowledge, cross functional networks and business analytics tools to address customer inquiries or concerns, and resolve issues promptly, acting as a liaison between the customer and internal teams to devise effective solutions and ensure a win-win situation for both parties.
